BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Network B2B have business networking events across the UK with groups meeting weekly to build relationships and generate/pass business to one another. I am the manager of Network B2B.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Team Marvel?

We hired Team Marvel initially to create a website for us. Since completing and maintenance of the site, we then needed some social media management and are now getting an app developed.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed our site to be targeted to be easy to use and structured in a professional yet welcoming manner. We have had websites that haven't worked in the past and we needed to change.

How did you select this vendor?

We met Lisa from Team Marvel at one of our networking events.

We put our objectives and what we needed from the website to the team at Team Marvel and had frequent communications back and forth to make sure we were working on the same page.

What was the team composition?

We contact the office as soon as there's a tweak to be made of if we need advice. We communicate with Dave and Ryan for website enquiries and Lisa for anything social media.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have had positive comments about our website and haven't had any problems with the site. We received an increase in communication on social media when our Facebook page was being managed.

Impressed with the workflow between us at Network B2B and Team Marvel. Know we an contact them whenever and they'll solve any problems or give me advice in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team is knowledgeable in their own fields, knowing when to give us advice.
