It was a mobile app development project to integrate the scanner. They made sure that the app used the hardware it was required in order to communicate with all of our APIs.

We were assigned a project manager to support us and serve as the main point of contact throughout the project. I only spoke them, but I was made aware that there were many developers and designers on the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It was a very complex project, but they did it well and it was a success. By using this app, we have completely removed all computers from our warehouse, and we can see that our processing speed has increased as a result.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our project manager was easy to communicate with and provided us with frequent updates. We connected over the phone at least once a week and used Slack for all other communication. I checked the team’s daily work by looking at the Jira board.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by the promptness of the team and their workflow impressive. They communicated well, made sure their progress was visible to me and completed the project on time.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything can always be done faster, but we were very satisfied with every step of the project. In the end, quality is more important than speed and we ended up with a beautiful product.
