Online Business & Recruitment Platform helping people save money, save time and increase income. I am the Founder and created Business Halo to provide a solution for common issues people were facing in relation to work.

Custom Software Development for multi sided platform that required top level expertise and execution.

What were your goals for this project?

To create a platform that was unique and have instant benefit to the user in line with our business. That used integrated database, software and management systems as well as specially designed custom platform to launch our business.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

From lengthy research over a period of time we decided to build the platform. We had initially used a company in Australia to do the wireframe however it was apparent early on they didn’t have the expertise.

I posted an ad on Upwork and got too many responses, once I connected with Amith (Spericorn) I knew I wanted to work with him as he understood the complex nature of what we were trying to do whilst also suggesting better options etc ..

I then verified Spericorn by speaking with past clients across Australia, New Zealand & America and they all had nothing but great things to say about Amith and the service. In fact it was said more than once that Amith it a “Technological Genius” and I fully support that statement.

To build a complex multisided web platform from a basic wireframe provided. To provide any support needed with design, problem solving and also have offered further services such as ongoing IT support and staff etc

What was the team composition?

Spericorn dedicated a whole team to Halo with a specific team lead. The team lead and Amith have been contactable immediately over the whole process never taking more than a few hours to reply. We have built an amazing business relationship and I can’t fault them from development to service to overall experience.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

This project is our business, so If it wasn’t excuses correctly we would not have a business and be not able to generate income. The impact Spericorn have had is to make our dreams a reality with being able to have support from a great experienced team.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Very professionally. I was very surprised initially about how detailed and mapped out everything was. It worked well as we got to mile stones we could review, make necessary changes or add ons and then move to the next mile stone. Very professional and great to manage the project for both parties.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their customer service and expertise. Absolutely second to none, I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. Initially we were nervous spending large amounts of money with a company overseas as there is risk to it, but this whole experience has been one of the best business relationship experiences with Amith & Spericorn really doing everything they can to assist us.

They really care about their clients and go beyond to help them achieve their goals. Their work ethic is fantastic.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Honestly, I can’t fault them from my experience (especially comparing to the experience I had in Australia with the first basic part or this project). Working with Spericorn has been fantastic. If I was to suggest anything, it may not be an area for improvement necessarily but maybe a good business strategy to expand into Australia etc with an office (face to face) as I think Spericorn set a good example of service and expertise and they can raise the standard we have here in Aus

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Spericorn delivered stages of the online dashboard for review. My team and I would go through the current progress of the dashboard and note changes / ask questions, and Spericorn would promptly implement and fix these changes.

Everything was delivered fast and on time. Messages were responded to very fast.
