I’m the founder of a renewable energy company called EcoSurge Energy and Contracting LTD. We’re a Canadian corporation that provides renewable energy services to Sub-Saharan Africa.

We needed a partner to finish our website design and help us with our social media marketing efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Special Man Global Solutions LTD designed our website. They provided technical expertise behind the scenes. Their team also created content such as e-mails and supported employees. 

What is the team composition?

I closely communicated with two people including a project manager from Special Man Global Solution LTD. From their team, one person works on graphics and two other people work on content. I’m not sure how many other people from their team support our project.

How did you come to work with Special Man Global Solution LTD?

I searched for a company that understood my business. Through research, I learned that Special Man Global Solution LTD understood Nigeria’s culture and business environment. I reached out to them and found them to be sincere, which was a comfort to us.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the project in February 2020 and completed it. They host the site, so we’re still partners. As our business progresses, I may reach out to them again to help with advertising.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. When I saw the final project, my ideas about the website completely changed. They brought in their own ideas about how we should present the platform. I was satisfied with their work.

How did Special Man Global Solution LTD perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via email. Once in a while, I gave them a call.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team was willing to listen. During the final stage of the project, they sent a message that said the project was 100% complete. I told them that I wanted to make changes because I made an error. Without hesitation, their team made the changes. They gave outstanding service.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing for them to improve. They went above and beyond with my project.

They’re proficient in their industry. Their team will work with you any time and any day. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Special Man Global Solution LTD. They’re a great company. I would give them five stars.
