A very friendly staff who respond to emails very quickly and eager to help. I also liked how they check in with devs to make sure they are meeting the client's expectations.

We have multiple projects and reached out to Sonatafy for staff augmentation.

How did you select Sonatafy Technology and what were the deciding factors?

We chose Sonatafy because they are nearshore and staff works in the same time zone. Also they have nearshore rates and their resources are experienced software engineers.

They developed back end API in c#/.net wrapped in Docker containers.

The team has been very dedicated to the project and is always willing to help in any way possible.

Building a near shore team for cost efficiencies and the ability to scale up as projects require.

A PM assigned by Sonatafy, and a number of hires for our team across different technology disciplines.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Only been going for a few months, but our development team is quite pleased with the hires. One team member did not work out but a quick replacement was hired to rectify.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Slower at the beginning as our dev team worked directly with Sonatafy, but much improved once we integrated our HR team into the process. That allowed us to follow our own HR processes and speed up the process.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Sonatafy Technology showed strong leadership and attention to service.

As noted above, setting up proper workflows at the beginning to include HR if needed.
