Horrible experience! Everything was fine with set up. At one point i noticed my leads coming in had the wrong info on them. I emailed Jeremy and showed him screen shots. He told me his work was fine and said, "My campaign was on Point", when clearly it wasn't.
I tried over and over to get ahold of my main point of contact the CEO, Zandra. Zandra was avoiding calls text and stated she never got my emails. She would say I'll call you tomorrow with no call. She stated several times she was sick and can't text on her phone. Enough was enough, I stated I will just have to write a poor review and she stated in text that she would do the same to me saying "Ditto" and then called me a "Prick" in text.
I paid a lot of money and all I wanted was simple communication for the money I spent. I asked for services provided to stop and she let me know that I'm in a contract and will be charged $500 again. After the number of leads received and her fees my lead cost is $60-$70 per leads with wrong info. Can't wait for this to end.

I noticed an error and when I pointed it out I was tole I was wrong. "That they had everything on point" They made it very difficult to communicate. Never available or they were out sick. Or never got emails.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They lacked basic communication and customer service.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
People spend a lot of money for them to disregard your questions and refuse to communicate. Don't tell someone over and over you will call them tomorrow if you have no intentions of returning a call or email. How many times can you be sick. When you take someone's money there is still an obligation to provide services.
