Migrate 2500 products from woocommerce on wordpress to shopify without losing any of our SEO etc.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Improved UX for site visitors and ensure we did not lose our listings on google.   We were able to switch from woocommerce to shopify with ease and Vaclav was very responsive to the tweaks we wanted.

Vaclav was very reponsive to chagnes and post migration tweaks nescessary to accomodate our unique order processing.

We've been getting plenty of sales through the site mostly from our detailing customers who need to buy more auto care products.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They start with video meetings and then once underway they provide frequent email updates. Was pretty easy to work with them, since I didn't need to micromanage. They delivered items on time and were very responsive.

They were really thorough in planning the site. They basically told me what I'd need and that was a huge help, since I realized I didn't actually know a lot of the stuff I needed.

Not particularly. They were a bit more expensive than some others, but I'd say it's a good investment.

AIsoft designed and developed our VR app for the Oculus quest that allows users to present analytics dashboards in 360 degrees to a group of attendees.

Through word of mouth. We wanted a team that could handle working on a unique project.

They began by working with us to deeply understand our vision. Then, they helped plan and then design the layout of the app. They then developed the VR app for the Oculus and iterated on feedback. They used Unity to develop the app.

They had 2 main team members. Teddy was project manager and Kevin was the developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are still in Beta, but they helped turn our idea into a reality that will hopefully serve many users down the road.

They communicated really well and were available for emails and meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were a very small but agile team. I've worked with larger teams that can move more slowly and things seem to get lost more easily. Teddy acted as a professional product manager would.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. I would hire them again.

Teddy and the team was hired to develop a top to bottom from scratch web app that could communicate with Docusign to input sales orders and send them directly to the customers. It was particularly challenging for the AIsoft team as it needed to combine custom calculations for financing based on many variables.

Mainly Teddy and I believe he was the owner.

We were very happy with the project and even more happy with the continued work after the scope of the project was done.

Probably just the communication. It was world class and the best I've ever dealt with.

They’ve done a fantastic job in every aspect of the project. AIsoft does precisely what we tell them to do. The team always offers their ideas and suggestions, which are typically well-informed.
