Shift partnered with us to design, build, and implement an integrated IoT product—our first in this space. They worked directly with our hardware manufacturer to stand up secure, reliable local-device communications. They even took the extra step to build an end-to-end, production-grade functional test loop that exercised both the app and the backend, giving us hands-on validation of product improvements before they reached the field.

While leadership ultimately chose not to proceed to deployment, the platform and apps Shift delivered are solid, production-ready, and will likely be the foundation for our future IoT work.

Shift showed up when it mattered. They supported field site installs, coordinated with hardware vendors, and were available at critical times. They also explained complex topics in plain terms without skipping the details, which helped our stakeholders make informed decisions.

Shift Interactive developed a front end 401k website that allows the purchase of 401k plans through several different entities - including API connections. Performance Marketing has also developed and led many different marketing efforts.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our profitability timeframe, per 401k plan, improved from 5 years to 1.5 years.  And our overall timing to create a 401k plan improved from 23 weeks to 6 weeks.
