I’m the leader of communications for a charitable foundation. We help Ukrainian children with cancer, and I’m responsible for involving and managing individual donors.

We needed help with web development tasks.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sevn Studio works with our current website doing upgrades, troubleshooting issues, or adding new functionality. They’ve created new digital solutions like landing pages, and the team is involved in our work with our CRM system. Also, Sevn Studio addresses all the technical solutions that include integrations with payment or CRM systems.

They do some things from the ground up. We provide them with the technical task descriptions, and they either do it from scratch or work on upgrades to the current website until they provide us with the solution. In terms of design, they do basic work. The team is able to upgrade the site’s design and implement it.

Regarding our CRM, they analyze the technical documentation. We can ask them to add something, but sometimes it’s just a matter of troubleshooting or coming up with a solution to connect our CRM, website, and payment system. Most of the time, the CRM is connected to data from the website or payment system, which we can further use to analyze and improve our work.

What is the team composition?

We’ve mainly worked with Sevn Studio’s head. He’s our key account person; we work directly with him most of the time. He either delegates the work to his team or does the task, depending on what it is.

When I joined the team, we were already working with them.

How much have you invested in them?

As a nonprofit organization, they give us special pricing. We haven’t calculated the investment from the beginning.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2020, and it’s an ongoing partnership.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We can’t give specific metrics because we have nothing to compare them to. However, we’re completely satisfied with the collaboration. Everything has been done with clear feedback and on time.

How did Sevn Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

We’re very satisfied with their performance. Not only do they respond quickly to our requests, but they’re also proactive in their work. Sevn Studio comes up with suggestions and lets us know what can be improved or done differently. We can get their opinion on things before we make a decision because we fully trust them and rely on them.

We use Asana for project management. We can see the exact timing and status of the work, and having everything in one place is vital so we can get back to anything later if needed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The biggest difference with working with Sevn Studio is their speed of reaction. They react promptly and set clear deadlines. With other technical support, we have to wait two business days before getting an answer. On the other hand, Sevn Studio responds quickly and tries to understand what the problem or need is rather than just reacting to our questions. Moreover, they provide alternative solutions while caring about the results.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they ask for our feedback, which I’m sure they do with all of their clients.

We’ve worked with Sevn Studio for a few years. They’re mainly involved with our current website and landing page. They’ve worked on upgrades, troubleshooting, new features, and digital solutions. The team has also worked on our CRM system and all its technical solutions, like integrations with a payment system.

We provide them with technical tasks and descriptions. Some projects are done from scratch, while others are upgrades to our current website. For example, Sevn Studio has helped us improve the design.

We mainly work with the head of Sevn Studio; he’s our key account person. He delegates the tasks within the team.

Sevn Studio was already working here when I joined the company. I don’t know how they started the partnership.

As a charitable organization, they give us special prices. We’ve spent between $10,000–$25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

They started working for the foundation in January 2020, and it’s an ongoing collaboration.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don’t have solid metrics. For example, we haven’t compared the website traffic before and after adjustments. Nonetheless, we’re pretty satisfied with their work. Everything works properly, and Sevn Studio does everything with clear feedback and deadlines.

How did Sevn Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

We’re pretty satisfied with their performance. They answer our requests and come up with suggestions and proposals constantly. 

For project management, we work pretty well with Asana. Overall, it’s crucial for us to have everything in one place to come back to review things if we need to.

What did you find most impressive about them?

In a sense, they’re also a consultancy because they go beyond technical issues. We can count on their opinion before we make any decision.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They constantly ask for our feedback. They should improve their team and bring over new specialists.

I’m a marketing manager at Motul, which produces engine oils and lubricants.

What challenge were you trying to address with Sevn Studio?

Our main goal was to prepare a marketplace for our product. We wanted to start our business online for our brand. Although we had an existing e-commerce website, it didn’t work at all, and we decided to make a new one because the old site was impossible to fix.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sevn Studio built our e-commerce website from scratch using WordPress. First, they prepared the website architecture, including how our customers could choose our products and the ordering functionality. From there, they worked on the design with us. Since we have a complicated product, our requirements focused on making the site as simple to use as possible, so our customers didn’t need to spend lots of time navigating it. The Sevn Studio team developed all the features and the backend. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with an account manager and a designer. I don’t know how many people were working in the background. 

How did you come to work with Sevn Studio?

My friend recommended them. We had several meetings with Sevn Studio, and they impressed me. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from December 2021–May 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Sevn Studio made our site even better than we had envisioned. Our sales increased by 50% after the launch of the website. Even though we haven’t started promoting the site yet, our metrics are improving.

How did Sevn Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication was good because they acted like advisors, sharing their expertise for better decisions and solutions. We used Skype and Zoom. They once had a delay for several days because we couldn’t give them all the data they needed on time. However, it wasn’t a critical deadline. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciated that Sevn Studio was really into my product. They were my customers and understood how the product worked; it helped that they were fans of our brand as much as I was. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only thing that was complicated for me was having all our conversations on chats, making it hard to grab all the information in one place. If communication had been through email, it would have been easier to forward information about the project. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to give Sevn Studio the right tasks. If you have clear tasks, you’ll have clear results.

I’m a PR director at CMS Group. We consist of eight companies that focus on advertising, media, and creative.

We wanted to make a new website because ours was eight years old. We were looking for an agency to help us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our new website. I provided them with requirements, selecting WordPress for the platform due to our internal familiarity with the CMS. They finished the website, leaving it prepped for testing. Now, they just need to transfer it from the test version to our domain.

I was in contact with one person.  There were about 3–4 people on the account, including a designer and developer.

We started working together in May 2020, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We originally worked with another studio on this project, unable to complete the project after two years. Sevn Studio's process was much more streamlined. It was super easy and super-fast. My boss liked the first design they showed us, and he didn’t make any negative remarks.

How did Sevn Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

After showing them a few reference sites for guidance, we received a quote and timeline for the work. A few weeks after, they showed me the pictures and designs for the new site. We agreed on them, and they seamlessly got started on the test version of the platform.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were much more efficient site builders than I expected. In testing, I could only find a couple of super small bugs. They corrected them quickly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing they can do better. We have similar projects coming up, and I'm going to recommend using them more.

We hired Sevn Studio for AR development, for one of our clients. Main goal was to create great AR mask for McDonalds.

We checked their portfolio, experience and communication skills, it’s was great, and we decided to choose them.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It’s great experience to work with Sevn Studio. The result was unbelievable, we have more than 100000 usage of AR mask and good reviews from customers.

All working process was very fast and easy to communicate.

We used Agile. Tools was Jira for development process and Maya for rendering 3D elements. Also we used Spark AR studio.
