Flexibility around the training and designing of the website, which allowed me to receive hands on training to learn to manage these features in the future on my own; while also completing any backend website work that would have been out of my work scope. Throughout the entire process they were cognescent of my timeline needs and worked with me to ensure we had everything up and running on time.

We did not have predefined metrics outlined to demonstrate the successful implementation of the project. Our only goal was to get invested enough in HubSpot to set it up and utilize it for daily business activities. In this regard they succeeded with high marks.

The Set 2 Close team is something of a unicorn amongst HubSpot Partners. They provide a free service called "Set 2 Start" that lets you basically skip the standard $2-5k setup costs when getting started with HubSpot. This makes getting started with HubSpot much more accessible to small businesses like ours. As part of this process, they have a series of meetings and give you access to tools that all guide you through the process of getting started. HubSpot can be a daunting system due to its feature richness and having such finely tuned settings that can be applied to almost anything you are doing. Even for a technically savvy individual, it is a laborious task to get your bearings and move through the steps. Set 2 Close made this process infinitely easier and served as a guiding point avoid getting lost in the process.

The team's attitude and dedication to support were shocking, considering they offered a free service. One of our core values as a business is service with a smile, and as rare as that may be becoming, Set 2 Close emulated it wonderfully. Maybe they just understand the gratification that selfless service brings. Either way, they provided an extraordinary experience that has made us want to work with them again, in the future. Our Onboarding Specialist, Matt, was a joy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure I was staying the path and progressing along my journey. Matt displayed extensive technical knowledge of HubSpot and would easily outmatch 20 Fiverr or UpWork hires for any business thinking they could optimize this with discounted ‘talent.’. He always brought a bright attitude that motivated me to keep pushing until I achieved our outlined goals. We plan to contract them for further work, as our business grows, and if you have the means to make it happen, I recommend you utilize their expertise to the highest possible degree. I look forward to seeing what they can help us accomplish as we work toward our goals.

Jordan was extremely knowlegable about building a process that helped to capture our recruiting information and allow us to automate a large portion of the front end of the contact and applicant process. He had accessability and knowledge of tools unbeknownst to us at the time.
We had been utilizing linkedin as part of our strategy and were deciding at the time to let that subscription lapse and reinvest those dollars into better tools for the organization. We ultimately decided that the reinvestment into those tools and Set 2 Close to construct and aid in the setup and execution of the program would be beneficial to us both short and long term.

Set 2 Close implemented the Breezy HR recruitment platform, Criteria testing, and assisted in completing the groundwork functionality of the program prior to our using the system. They aided in construction of the templates for our correspondence, reviewed our candidate facing materials and contracts, offered advice on improvement of key aspects in those documents, and are (still) assisting in our online marketing recruitment through digital spaces.
They helped me understand and process the Criteria information for our candidates through the testing vehicle they utilize themselves. There is much they provided in addition that I am sure I am not including here. They aboslutely went above and beyond (and still are) to make this project a real success and improve our business fucntions and productivity.

These guys are beyond amazing. They go out of their way to overdeliver. When we were working with Jordon he didn't settle for anything less than A-talent when we were on the look for our first sales hire. His team did a fantastic job setting up our flows on Hubspot and detailing out what we need to prepare as cadences and onboarding materials for when our first sales comes in.

We talk weekly and via WhatsApp. Super-responsive team :).
