A focus on increasing revenues by creating new fee structures for customers. Reorganize company processes and structure for success/scalability. Implementation of quantifiable goals and project management techniques to increase productivity.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Team's ability to create and achieve quarterly goals. I've seen a real impact on my team's ability to execute more work in less time and with fewer fires/less dependency on me. An immediate increase in revenue from the new fee structure. Increased monthly revenue by 40%. 

My active investor(s) now have less day-to-day involvement as their confidence in the business operations has improved. I have more time to focus on business growth rather than operations, and this is making an impact to business revenues/profitability.
