We were looking for a partner who is not only professional in software development, but has a business approach. A team that is able to understand our business processes and can deliver a product that suits them perfectly, therefore gives an added value to us.

The first phase was the familiarisation through interviews. The CodingLab team could meet us, and get familiar with our processes, they took part in our everyday work.
When the needs were already clear, we started the development phase. There were several sprints, so we got the app step by step, following the agile method. Thanks to this the final product gives a really good solution to our needs.
In this project, for it was very important to have only 1 server side and 1 database for the 3 different interfaces (web app, mobile app, B2B webshop). For the mobile app it was crucial to function also in offline mode there, where there is no internet connection.

In the new ERP we can see, manage and analyse every process in one system, which is fantastic. Everything is measurable, faster, the system is more stable. All in all our efficency is one a higher level, therefore our result is much better.

We used Trello and Slack for communication. We had a PM meeting each week, a project follow up each week, the development phases were followed up online on a really efficient way. I we had further question, the CodingLab team was available for a phone call anytime to help us.
