The first approach was gently and honest. Before our first meeting, they create a very good report from my old store, with opportunities to improve and a brief idea on how we can improve it.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Yes. The support is good but I think they can improve their understanding of the markets where they are working on. In my case, they can improve the way they understand the health care market. But to be honest, they are open people, they listened to me and we are working together to get a great store.
