For what projects/services did your company hire S-Metric, and what were your goals?

We've been growing rapidly over the last 4 years to a point where regular CRM's just didn't work out for us anymore. We hired S-Metric to help us integrate and customize Microsoft BS

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They have been working with a friend of mine for a while, he is very happy with their services, so I thought I'll give them a try.

We need a better way to manage our growth, we started getting a lot of new clients, and need to connect them with different developers we use. A lot of the companies required our developers to come to them so we needed to manage our men power schedule with our client's schedules. Each project requires a different set of skills and different hours, different invoices, and a payments model. S-Metric help us build something that will work perfectly for our needs.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There are main guys - Josh and Mike, and they do most of the work. They are super professional and responsive.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We managed to get our company from total chaos. For some time during 2016 we couldn't even tell how profitable we are, The customize software have made everything so much easier to understand, the scheduling became easier, the accounting became easier.

Josh and Mike are very down to earth, they always respond fast, and they are always on top of what needs to be done. They will never leave you hanging.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their personal customer service, and how hard-working they are.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'm sure there is, but honestly, I can't think about anything I'd like them to do differently.

I am the CEO of Wivo (Wivo.co.il) Wivo is one of the biggest digital marketing agencies in Israel.

We needed someone to help us customize Microsoft BC to our agency's needs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We got a recommendation from another company that is currently working with S-metric

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

In 2020, we couldn't manage our company's growth very well, we had a lot of new clients with different demands, anywhere from digital marketing to physical marketing that included making marketing materials (banners, signs, and even hardware) We got to a point where we couldn't handle it anymore and needed help to automate part of the process.

Josh and Mike jumped in and started building automation and created amazing predictions to help us predict when we need to manufacture more materials depending on the company.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Mike and Josh worked with us, Josh is the owner of S-Metric, but they both deal with the ERP customization together.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All I can say is that S-metric was able to put everything in order for us, which helped us become a lot more organized and on top of things.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was actually amazing, Josh and Mike are both hard-working and open-minded, and they deal with stressful situations in a great way.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I felt like I'd received a very personal service. They weren't just coming to make money - our success was important to them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Since they deal mostly with manufacturers, this type of project was a bit new to them and required them to think outside of the box, but they took the time to understand Wivo and adjust to our needs.
