Rocket SaaS were tasked to provide a new website to work with a new CRM and reservation platform that our business had invested heavily into late in 2022. 

Deliverables were to provide a home page, events page and various sub-pages to act as a wrap around to a website that could take multiple complex accommodation and travel bookings, including accommodation only, travel packages and stand alone products that fall outside of business as usual bookings.

Everything has been delivered on time and they have been open to our changing needs throughout the project and have even provided input on how to improve on our original goal. The team, from the beginning, bought into the project and delivered above and beyond what the original spec required.

The project manager Andrew was available at all times and responded to all needs even when outside of the scope of work whilst sticking to the budget. All deliverables were completed on time and to our satisfaction.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company owner Ryan, who led the project and got to know the brand, staff and company in order to fulfill the project. Operating in a niche industry it was a breath of fresh air to find an open minded agency owner who was keen to help a business grow. 
Ryan ensured that we received the best service and delivery - and was so flexible in the way he worked on our project. It did not matter what we threw at Ryan and rocket SaaS - they just listened and executed time after time. These days you don’t often get to have lunch with the agency ceo but with Rocket SaaS you probably will because they deliver on promises !

Are there any areas for improvement or something Rocket SaaS could have done differently?

No. Given the huge scope of our project spanning many years we feel Rocket SaaS performed perfectly in all areas.

I was the interim CMO of Aslan, a B2B SAAS Employee Benefits company. They provide a financial well-being platform that offers payroll savings, on-demand pay, rewards, and tax-efficient benefits to help employees maximize their pay and employers reduce costs while boosting engagement and retention.

What challenge were you trying to address with Rocket SaaS?

We needed support to optimise our website, the landing pages weren't converting. Our Advertising was broad and not delivering.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rocket SaaS optimized Aslan.io website’s landing pages, CTAs and redesigned the resources page. The team developed the top-of-funnel scorecards and tests that drive engagement. Rocket SaaS has created various advertising campaigns and advised us on the best spending strategies.Moreover, Rocket SaaS has worked extensively on interactive content, calculators, and scorecards. The team hasdeveloped user journeys, outputs, and email workflows from raw content on Excel sheets, and Rocket SaaS has done the rest.

We found Rocket SaaS through a referral. We chose them over other options because they were in the same WeWork, had a great cultural fit, and offered good value for the cost.

Aslan started working with Rocket SaaS in January/February 2025, and I worked with them for 6 months.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Rocket SaaS’s scorecards delivered 10 quality leads per month. Engagement on the new resource page went up by 30%, with visitors staying on the page for minutes to discover Aslan’s benefits.One of the biggest customers entered the sales process through the online scorecard Rocket SaaS has developed.

How did Rocket SaaS perform from a project management standpoint?

Rocket SaaS are rock stars at project management. Theycommunicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps. They have patience of a saint.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Rocket SaaS’s people and creatives are impressive. The team has deep knowledge of demand generation and real in-house marketing experience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The advertising campaign’s performance was challenging. In hindsight, we didn't pay enough attention to messaging and did not run the campaigns long enough their was a disconnect.
