The scope of work for Red Collar included: 

Analytics: Researching user needs and industry trends. 
Prototyping: Creating wireframes and user flows. 
Design: Creating moodboards and design concepts. It was also crucial to incorporate the mascot and implement animations to create a unique website with its own character and emotional appeal.
4. Backend Development: Building a system with an integrated admin panel. It was important for the project to implement different editorial requirements within the admin panel, as it was used by a variety of users, including HR managers, PR managers, and marketers.
5. Frontend Development: Implementing the design and ensuring cross-device compatibility.
6. Testing: Conducting functional and security tests.
