I am the owner of Quantum Creations, a financial literacy organization.

What challenge were you trying to address with Radiant Hosting?

We needed someone to set up a conversion funnel and customer onboarding system for our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Radiant Hosting first created an API system that required customers to register to access our site. They then set up a five-level funnel that guides these customers through our step-by-step process of attaining a profitable position in the market. It teaches users how to take advantage of our platform, walks them through application processes, and features tips on how to get brokerages.

The project has been launched already, but they continue to assist us with the Spanish version of the website.

I worked directly with Filip (Owner). 

How did you come to work with Radiant Hosting?

It was a networking recommendation. During our first meeting, it felt like the team really wanted our project to succeed, and it wasn’t just a way for them to make money.

We started working together in December 2020, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The system they made is fantastic and has allowed us to onboard as many people as we can on a daily basis. In addition, it’s a massive time-saver for our internal team — the onboarding process is now very simplified.

How did Radiant Hosting perform from a project management standpoint?

Radiant Hosting works fast and pushes us to move just as quickly, which is nice. The team’s response time is absolutely amazing and always within the workday.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We allowed them to impart some creative and intelligent solutions when discussing the scope, and they went above and beyond to figure out how to fulfill our goals. Everything has turned out so great because of their ideas. Working with them is a great experience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s honestly nothing they could do better.

Set clear objectives and guidelines. The team is highly creative, so I advise you to trust the process and let them work their magic.

I am the owner of Link's Locksmith Services. We're a mobile locksmith company and we cater to automotive, residential, commercial, and office needs.

We need someone to work on our SEO and to rebuild our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Radiant Hosting built a new website for me using WordPress, with key features like an estimate inquiry form and a call button. I sent them some images from my previous jobs, but some of the images on the site are their own. 

They continue to manage the site and work on my Google search ranking. I usually give them keywords and locations that I specifically want to rank well on, and we collaborate on keyword research as well.

I’ve only worked with Filip (CEO) throughout the whole project.

I personally knew people who had worked with them and I heard great things. I wanted to give them a shot, so I reached out to them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’re doing an awesome job — the website looks great and is high quality. At the beginning of the project, I was making $2,000 in monthly revenue; within the next three months, I’ve started earning around $7,000–$8,000 per month. It’s a huge jump for such a short amount of time. Everything is beyond what I could’ve asked for.

How did Radiant Hosting perform from a project management standpoint?

The project management is great — everything is on time, if not early, and the communication is always good. If I need anything, I’m able to get a hold of them almost immediately. We communicate on a daily basis through Discord, but we also exchange emails from time to time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I am impressed by the results and their responsiveness. I could go on for days about their great communication skills and the impressive results we’re getting — they’re just great. They also deliver everything I ask for at a quick turnaround time. I've worked with various SEO companies before, and Radiant Hosting has been the most top-notch so far. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything they could do better.

Be specific in what you want and tell them exactly what you need — it will all get taken care of from there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs SEO work.

I'm the owner of Chi Town Sparky, an electrical contractor in St. Charles, Illinois.

What challenge were you trying to address with Radiant Hosting?

I wasn't getting any calls. I was doing door-to-door business cards and door hangers, but I wasn't getting any business out of it, so I hired Radiant Hosting. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The biggest thing Radiant Hosting has done for me is my website. They’ve also made a custom logo so I can branch off and brand myself a little bit more. They’ve specified the importance of social media marketing, and they’ve done SEO work for me.

The team has set up keywords and shown me an audit of my site after they created it. I’ve also learned about all the competition in our area and what I need to do better. 

For the website’s content, they’ve used some of what I already had and worked closely with me on creating more relevant content to what my consumers are looking for. They have a ton of different software they use to help with the keywords and ranking. They’re also listing my name on 20 different websites.

I work closely with the owner. I also work with the marketing team on getting all the pictures and blog posts taken care of. 

How did you come to work with Radiant Hosting?

I went through a lot of companies because there was a ton of SEO and hosting companies online. On Radiant Hosting’s website, everything just clicked with me — from the way they have everything structured to the auditing services they provide — and I decided that they were the best way to go. 

How much have you invested with them?

So far, I’ve spent around $1,000 a month, but they also offer other price tiers. They have services where they’ll create a blog post or provide more in-depth social media marketing for an additional cost. 

What is the status of this engagement?

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Radiant Hosting is a great company, and they help me drum up my business. I received 3,500 clicks and views on Google in just the last two months. I’ve had 200 searches from people looking for an electrician using basic keywords. I’ve popped up on the first search page within the first month, which is awesome. 

How did Radiant Hosting perform from a project management standpoint?

Radiant Hosting is great at taking over and showing me what I need to do to not waste too much time. I'm the only one in my business, so I'm also working on the tools and trying to work out all these kinks in the site. They’re very lenient on how much they help me out. 

They're very good with time management. Any time I have any questions, I email them, and they email back within the same day. Then, we get everything taken care of without any problems.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive thing about Radiant Hosting is the amount of work they get done in a short amount of time. I've never seen anyone else's site jump in numbers like mine.

No, there aren’t. They’re a great team.
