Our website has really helped us grow our customers, we have a mailing list from mailchimp that helps us keep the customers records. Once a customer does not find what they want in our website, we collect their details via a form in the website and when the property is available we contact them. I can say the website has really helped us greatly in building our customers.

We still work with Quest team to update our website, Since 2015 I would say I have ever had any issue in communication with the design team

I would say they have a well trained professionals, they know what they are doing. We have engaged them in other projects like (zoko.co.ke) where they are doing a good job.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We always wanted a way where other real estate agents can post on our website and charge them fee as a way of diversification. We are working with quest website team to see how we can achieve this.
