Project management was good. The Qualhon team was very attentive and communicated any updates or delays. The website development was completed without delays. AI being new, we did experience some delays (as expected due to unknowns) but his team put in extra effort to get it done as soon as possible and didn't charge extra for items in the initial scope of work. The team goes above and beyond to complete the project to customer satisfaction.
