Re-imagining the experience of our NeevoAI product for desktop and mobile responsive size. 

Focus on onboarding enhancements, so users feel more compelled to go over the initial tests and be more prompt to receive Jobs. 

Ensuring maximum transparency throughout the product and on the user tasks area, to simplify the process and cognitive load when dealing with them.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Given the project was design related, we will still build and beta test with specific users to start with.

But some of the outcomes we've looked at were mostly around problem solving (done internally): 

• How easy/complex was to understand x information
• Reducing time to submit task

It was a very healthy engagement, with changes and feedback being applied very fast. Carolina and José were team players and they understood well our problems to suggest meaningful change. 

Very organized calendar and meeting notes, usage of AI to support coordination and notes/actions recording, and prompt follow-up to make things happen.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Pixelmatters has experts in their area, culturally/self-aware, respectful, proactive, and organized.

It's not easy to find outsourced consultants/builders that understand your problem so well - and Pixelmatters was able to understand and provide a nice solution we'll build soon :)

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pixelmatters could have done differently?

Aside from a very good collaboration, I believe an area can be improved: 

• Walk the talk: Aside from asking what the client wants, remember you're the experts and pros on a given area. Sometimes, applying just because client wants may not be the best approach - be bold and brave, have the client in mind and go for it.

I’m a digital project manager for a telecommunications company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pixelmatters?

We needed a new design for a specific website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pixelmatters handled a full design of the website as well as frontend development for part of the website. They worked with our IT team on integration with a new CMS platform.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a project manager, designer, and developer. We had some interaction with the CEO and design director as well.

How did you come to work with Pixelmatters?

I had seen their work and known of them for years. I liked their work and reached out to them for this project.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested €100,000 (approximately $120,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August 2020–February 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They helped us accomplish our goals on building the website and integration, all within our deadline. We’re satisfied with them.

How did Pixelmatters perform from a project management standpoint?

We used Basecamp primarily and had access to Jira.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a young team that likes to get things done. We were all on the same page and had a good vibe working together.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The project was a little more expensive than we expected.

They’re easygoing and will do their best to help you.

The main challenge proposed to Pixelmatters has to create a universal language for Easypay at the UI level. With that language we advanced the redesign of our front-office.

The project are still in ongoing status.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They are very detailed oriented, and always keep us on the loop. Everything is delivered in time and as expected. They very good at give you realistic expectations. Very important when we have a partner to be able have realistic deadlines. :)
