In May, we at the Excelsior Dolomites Life Resort contacted Matt for a new video and photo shoot to showcase our recently completed renovations and updates. The project began with an initial email, which set the tone for a seamless and professional collaboration.

Scope of Work:

Initial Planning:
Exchange of ideas and inputs to define the vision for the project.
First call to discuss timeframe and budget.
Pre-Production:
Detailed brainstorming sessions to finalize concepts and programs.
Planning of dates, models, schedules, and shot lists for both video and photo.
Production:
Full-day video and photo shoots, perfectly coordinated by Marie, ensuring smooth execution from morning to evening.
Post-Production:
Selection of music to accompany the visuals.
Delivery of first drafts for review and feedback.
Incorporation of feedback, including music changes, leading to the final polished products.

Key Deliverables:

The entire process was executed flawlessly, from concept to completion, thanks to Matt and Marie’s exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Everything was delivered on time, with the exception of the final production and video creation, which took slightly longer than expected due to additional edits and adjustments, such as shortening videos for the website. Despite this, their responsiveness was excellent—they were very prompt in answering emails and addressing our needs throughout the process, ensuring we felt supported at every step.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We truly enjoyed working with Marie and Matt, as their personal and professional qualities complement each other perfectly. Marie’s ability to maintain complete control and eye during the shoots, combined with Matt’s creative direction, ensured a seamless and well-organized process. Their teamwork was exceptional, and they guided the entire shooting with precision and care.

What also stood out was their collaborative approach in selecting a wonderful couple as models, who were not only a perfect fit for the project but also very easy to work with. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something NONAME DEPARTMENT could have done differently?

Overall, the collaboration with NONAME DEPARTMENT was excellent, and the project was managed very professionally. If there’s one area for potential improvement, it would be offering the option to showcase 2-3 video concepts during the final stages. This would allow us to better decide on the pacing, sequence flow, and music direction with more guidance and support.
