We had bugs within out iOS and Android mobile applications that needed to be updated and or updated.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We went through many sites and ultimately found this vendor on Clutch, reached out and my CTO and I engaged the Nextage team.

Front-end Engineer (Mid-level to senior) to perform a software update to SalonHome mobile application, admin panel, website development. Competitors are as followed: Booksy.com Styleseat.com The developer should be a "Self-Starter" and Enthusiastic about their work, as well as be able to attempt to solve challenges on his or her own (or let us know and move on to next task).

Should be able to help guide UI decisions with designers. Expect work to be 60% mobile front-end, 25% collaboration, and possibly up to 15% back-end (if able to)

Essential skills and Technologies

Mobile: Ionic front-end (based on Angular) w/ Cordova or Capacitor w/ Ionic + Components Angular 7+ w/ Typescript and components OOP (Object-oriented programming) basic concepts CSS, HTML, DOM, Bootstrap Be visual design-minded, able to help guide UI decisions.

We had a project manager and hired at least 3-4 developers on their team for different parts of the project.

Nextage is a knowledgeable mobile and web app development partner. With a huge task ahead, they were able to adapt, follow instructions, and provide expertise that were beneficial to fixing some of our major challenges. Nextage went above and beyond to ensure that throughout the process our requirements were met. Pricing with Nextage was also very reasonable and they considered things such as spin-up time, which was essential to getting the best value.

We had a dedicated project manager - Andres and he was amazing. He communicated well and as the CEO, I had personal communication with him on Whatsapp for needed communication. They always answered in a timely manner and our team worked with on a time scheduled that they were always dedicated to.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Nextage team has been professional, comprehensive and competent throughout the process of working together. During that time, our company had a one-page list of tickets or bugs that needed to be addressed in what we called a "swarm". With this, they had no issues getting through all the items that were assigned to them and they were able to give periodic demos on larger items so we could see the progress made.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We loved the ability to get so much done in such a short period and understood the pit falls with doing so in such a short time period. Nextage delivered code based on our needs and with the help of their team and ours we are working to cut a QA release of showing all fixed.

I'm project manager in a software house. We operate in whole country, but with more focus on agrobusiness.

We received many requests to integrate financial services into our ERP solution. The challenges are many because we don't have a lot of experience with financial services and we need a flexible platform model, aggregating our services and other services. NextAge Agile is helping us develop our own integrated services and services from fintechs and other financial institutions.

We already worked with they in the past. The quality, agility and professionalism were the decisive factors

first they helped us design the project, with definitions of requirements and resources. From there, they developed our services, API's for service integration and microservices framework and data security. Now they are working on our app and web platform using flutter.

Actually, we have 5 people working with us: A project manager, a IT architect , and 3 developers

Close contact with the team allowed us to have the necessary agility to validate and make the necessary adjustments. Despite not being an internal team of the company, the ease of access is a great differential

Project management is done with great proximity and proactive. Discord, whatsapp and email are usually used for contact, as needed.

The quality of their team, the ease of access, and their team proactivity are impeccable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had a case where the team didn't understand a requirement, or misunderstood it, and development continued without validation, requiring further adjustment. After that episode, we agreed to validate the points before moving on. We had no more problems.

I´m CEO and responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the company.

We had a problem organizing and documenting the client's budgets projects. We needed to centralize the information for quick consultations of all generated budgets and data.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The solution presented by NextAge was practical and easy to apply. In a simple way we can include data and make queries.

The NextAge's team understood Digital Square's needs regarding documenting and storing customer budgets, designing an app to deliver this issue. They delivered the project on time, with all screens and functionalities tested. The final product organizes and stores all data for quick searches.

There were 4 people in the team.

The app helped in the search and storage of information, streamlining the consultation anywhere and unifying the database.

The communication between the teams has always been direct. The project manager always made the steps clear with weekly updates. This communication was done via Skype and Trello.

There was agility and commitment in delivering the best product, regardless of the effort invested in the activities.

In the project developed for Digital Square, we had no problems with quality and delivery time. At the moment, I don't see any suggestions for improvements.

I believe that NextAge's great differential is its agility and the care it takes with its projects.

It would be nice to have more face-to-face meetings.

The system was developed for an NTI client in the agribusiness sector. The challenge was build a system to control the entire financial, registration and lactation process for Holstein cattle.

The operating cost dropped drastically, there was a productivity gain of something around 60%

The system was a great challenge and the characteristics of the project were very complex. NextAge Agile Development fulfilled the expectations of our very demanding customer.

This is an App that alow final users to book services. Professionals can accept the service and do it at the time and local (home or company) that the user ask for.

I already worked with Nextage and feel trust in that smart guys!
