The scope of work for our project with Netrix included the design and development of our website, customer platform, and broker platform. The project was conducted in several phases, starting with the design of our website and progressing to the design and development of the customer and broker platforms.

Throughout the project, we had frequent communication with the Netrix team, who were an integral part of our team. The key deliverables for the project included a fully functional and visually appealing website, as well as ui/ux design for customer and broker platforms that were user-friendly and efficient. The team demonstrated strong design skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality products that met our needs and exceeded our expectations

Netrix helped us to deliver a game-changing product that streamlines the mortgage application process for brokers and customers. Our digital fact-find platform, developed with the help of Netrix, has made it possible to collect rich, validated customer data in just 15 minutes, significantly reducing the time it takes compared to traditional methods.

We are extremely satisfied with the results of the project and the speed and quality of work that Netrix provided. The team was highly flexible and creative, and they demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Netrix has provided us with a dedicated team that was fully committed to our project. The team included two full-time designers and a front-end developer, as well as a part-time graphic designer, illustrator, and motion designer. The product remains in beta, but it made a huge difference to have animated mockups before building anything else.

They followed an agile process and communicated clearly. They chose useful management tools, such as Invision and Zoom. They always hit their milestones on time.

I created an initial specification and targeted theme based on market research. We separated the project into quantitative packages and worked through wireframes and visual representations, in that order. After the design was complete, Netrix contributed to frontend construction.

They provide a 15-person development team composed of a project manager, three frontend developers, two backend developers, three mobile app developers, two QA/QC resources, a legal advisor, a security advisor, and two designers.

We have one of the best-designed sites in the end-to-end encryption space.

My team consists of people who value their privacy highly, so we prefer to communicate through encrypted channels. Even with this challenge, Netrix integrated with our team perfectly and excels at their tasks.

I’m the head of design for a design technology studio specializing in bitcoin-related products.

We’ve worked with Netrix Digital on multiple UX/UI website design projects. 

What were your goals for this project?

For both the video and e-commerce platforms, we needed captivating illustrations and an intuitive work UI to guide users and help them understand how to use our platform most effectively. That would help us create a brand that spoke to our users and incentivize interaction.

We found them on Dribbble and instantly fell in love with their UI skills. After finding out more about their design process, we could tell they would be a great fit.

Our first project involved creating a video content sharing platform from the ground up. That platform utilized cryptocurrency, WebRTC (similar to BitTorrent), and micropayment channel mechanisms. Our most recent project with Netrix included website, branding, illustration, and backend development for a cutting edge e-commerce platform.

I did much of the initial UX research, drawing up frameworks and sending them my ideas. They would study them and apply their own design methodologies. They sent back their suggestions and provided design mockups of potential flows and illustrations. We continued going back and forth until we decided on the best path forward. This process allowed us to continually improve ideas, designs, and user flows during each iteration.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There was a large increase in email subscriptions and web traffic after they finished their design. Stakeholder feedback was extremely positive; they say the site feels cool and unique. Collaborating with Netrix Digital through the design process helped us achieve a more refined and intuitive final product.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We’d communicate on an almost daily basis through Slack or Skype. Consistent sharing of and iterating on our ideas and designs with each other made for excellent workflow between our teams. Netrix Digital was extremely efficient and responsive. They were great at brainstorming and communicating ideas.

Collaboration through the whole process helped us arrive at a more refined and fleshed-out final product.

Their UX design insight and strong UI skills made them invaluable. If we were on tight timeline, they always gave us an accurate estimate. They’re true professionals who were a pleasure to work with.
