The web design and development project for the custom-made furniture business included creating a modern, responsive website that showcases bespoke furniture products, highlights craftsmanship and materials, and allows users to easily explore design options, request quotes, and contact the company.

The main deliverables included a full UI/UX design (wireframes and visual mockups), a responsive front-end website built for desktop and mobile, a content management system for updating products and projects, a portfolio/gallery section for completed work, a contact and quotation request form, SEO optimization, and performance and cross-browser testing to ensure a smooth user experience.

The measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrated progress and success included the successful launch of a fully functional WordPress (PHP-based) website, improved user engagement through increased time spent on the site and higher interaction with the portfolio and quotation forms, and a significant rise in inbound customer inquiries via the contact and quote request forms. 

Additional indicators of success included faster page load times after optimization, mobile responsiveness scores improving across devices, full CMS adoption by the client for independently updating content, improved search engine visibility through on-page SEO implementation, and a reduction in manual inquiry handling due to the streamlined digital request system.
