This company has very good communication skill. Understand the products very well and this is why it can make video to self-explaining the product without even trying the system. Proactive workers suggesting things that I even didn't propose asking me further information. The response time is very quick. Definitely work with the team for the upcoming projects.

I am very satisfied with the outcome, a way higher than my expectations and I got a lot of compliments.

They know how to sell stuff using animation video. It will be very helpful us with this video as it is self-selling one.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Nanobot Scientific Communication could have done differently?

I have never made the video and this was my first time. My headquarter worked with 5 different video production companies and highly recommended Nanobot to me. However, the working speed and product understanding level were way better than I expected as they made something based on the draft I wrote in one day. I didn't have to work on the explanation that long and nanobot saved a lot of my time even though my mother tongue is not English. They just undrestand what I need.
