We’re satisfied with their work. Their team consists of friendly people who understand our requirements. They also code accordingly, and their pricing is very acceptable.

I’m the managing director of a driving school. We run a number of different portals online and provide lessons, both around Australia and on our website.

They’ve designed and developed all our websites.

What was the scope of their involvement?

MPIRIC manages the development and construction of our websites and then takes over management post-launch. I provide documentation — namely the architecture design of the website — and MPIRIC tells us on how they’ll do things. They work with a lot of milestones, and we pay as we go. They do on- and off-page SEO, bug fixing, and element redesign post-launch.

What is the team composition?

I worked with Janak (General Manager) and two other members of their staff. Janak is our main point of contact.

How did you come to work with MPIRIC WEB SERVICES?

I posted a job on Fiverr, and they came up as a preferred provider.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since March 2021. There are a number of projects we’re working on now, but the websites for the driving schools have been delivered.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I measure success by the amount of bookings that we get, our income, the amount of traffic that’s coming to the site, and where that traffic is coming from.

MPIRIC is very efficient and reliable. I’m certainly sticking with them because I’m totally happy with what’s been happening. It’s been a good business relationship.

How did MPIRIC WEB SERVICES perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re fantastic regarding project management. I contact them ad-hoc, with both of us taking each others calls. We have a very good working relationship because we’re flexible.

We have direct communication on Microsoft Teams. WhatsApp, email, and phone calls. All these channel work, which makes us successful.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to understand and implement what’s needed, as well as provide solutions, stands out. In the past, I’ve worked with companies that rely on me to deliver solutions even though I’m paying them for their expertise. MPIRIC is able to provide the expertise and abilities I need, as I’m not in the world of programs and software.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing to improve. They just need to stay as they are because they’re the best.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s very simple: let them know what you need and give them a brief of your expectations. MPIRIC will take care of the rest, including guidelines, feedback, and more.

I didn’t have a website, so I needed website development services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially contacted MPIRIC WEB SERVICES and scheduled a call. They asked me what I was looking for and what my business was. I gave a down payment, and they started to work on the website. They sent a couple of templates, but I didn’t like the one they sent. We had another conversation where they got to know me better, and I sent them colors, samples, and personal things. Then, they came back with a sample website.

Additionally, MPIRIC WEB SERVICES trained me on how to add content to the site, helped me design my logo, and provided a bit of content. I just have to go in there and personalize it.

We only work with one person.

A friend referred them. They’d already used them, so I contacted them.

I’ve spent $600.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2022, and they’re almost finished. I just need their assistance if I have any questions.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Although I’m still working on the website, the end result is great. They understood what I was saying and took their time to get to know what I liked. Overall, I’m happy with how they designed it.

Also, if I need assistance, they’re there to help me with anything else.

How did MPIRIC WEB SERVICES perform from a project management standpoint?

It’s been easy. We initially discussed my budget, and they’ve stayed within it. Moreover, they make themselves available to answer questions as I learn. Whenever I send a question, they help me through it.

We communicate over WhatsApp and video conference calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re communicative and available to me. Also, the way they revived the initial template to fit my personality was excellent.

Are there any areas they could improve?

One of my concerns is the system because it has a lot of sections. However, I don’t have any complaints.

Be prepared and understand what you want. The more I was prepared, the better they could understand what I needed them to deliver.

For what projects/services did your company hire MPIRIC, and what were your goals?

I was in need of a website build and help with the design. Expanding my reach to potential clients and being accessible too was the main reason for me taking this step.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

My decision to use MPIRIC web solutions was from a colleague who had their website created using their services. After the first consultation call Janek understood exactly what I wanted and I felt comfortable entrusting him with this project.

I initially gave Janek my vision for the look, the details I wanted the website to include along with the functions. I really wanted a place where potential clients could contact me. My network of people could also receive monthly blogs from me via the website and mailing list.

1 person worked with me. Janak. From start to finish he was in continuous contact. Even post the project finishing he has remained a contact of mine.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

My clients and any potential clients are really blown away at the quality of my website and the detail it has within the pages. I am happy it doesn't look cookie cutter.

One to one, set times as needed and minimum there was weekly check ins at pertinent times needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The one to one personal touch. I felt like I had a person who really knew what I wanted and was dedicated to me.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Anything that needed changing was done immediately. Communication was quick and responsive. They provided great value and top-quality service.
