I’m the director of communications for a regional-owned gas company.

We needed a PR firm to help us handle our corporate-to-government relations.

We work with Anas (PR & Communications Consultant) and two other people regularly, with an occasional extra person as needed.
How did you come to work with MBD?
We started talking at a conference, and it became clear we should hire them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in November 2018, and the project is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their content work is fantastic. MBD puts deep and healthy connections into critical areas, and that helps us to reach regulatory and public affairs sectors. There is a sense of needing them and keep them around.
How did MBD perform from a project management standpoint?
They do a lot of advisory services, which are highly valued and require verbal communication. In terms of contact, we use email, Teams, and Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They give good strategic advice that has helped us quite a lot.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It would be great if they could add other languages into their work.
