Offering smart solutions for data-management in the swiss construction industry, based on microsoft sharepoint (online/onprem.) tecnology. Member of the board.

For what projects/services did your company hire MoreYeahs Inc?

We hire MoreYeahs to migrate data from Sp. 2013 to online, this incl. also not standards webparts. Also we hire MoreYeahs to develop. some webparts and apps on SharePoint-Online (O365), like: a new "search-Box", a compl. different Navigation-Webpart, etc.

What were your goals for this project?

Fast development, as our clients need solutions as soon as possible. Also we did not have mutch time to describe what we are looking for. We needed a partner, how was able to understand and if necessary, study the requirements by them selfs.

How did you select this vendor?

We contacted dif. companies, but no one of them was able to solve and service. what we need. Only MoreYehas sad "yes we will try it" without needed big concepts in advance.

Analysis, Development and deploying solutions, writing instructions for administrators and users.

What was the team composition?

We had one single contact for the organisation, billing, contracts and 2 others for the development requirements. we appreciate having all the time the same contacts. friendly and efficient.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We now have new products in a very short time. Clients are absolutely happy with that, also we are.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Time and cost estimations were communicated in advanced and kept all the time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

You can feel, that it must be a great team over there. Communication was good and they worked efficiently.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They all speak english, but for us (in switzerland) it can be difficult to understand. We talked a lot over skype, but the quality was not so good. Sometime it is better to take a bit more time and write de requirements down in a document.

We are IT consultancy firm specialized on Business Process re-Engineering (BPrE). We extensively using Microsoft platforms like Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Azure etc to build solutions. I am the Co-Founder of Aquiresoft Solutions

For what projects/services did your company hire MoreYeahs Inc?

We had to migrate an existing legacy donation management system for one of our customer. We closely worked with MoreYeahs highly skilled team of consultant to architect using Office365 and Dynamics. MoreYeahs team build very efficient ETL to migrate the data from the legacy system into the new data store.

What were your goals for this project?

Improved accuracy of the system, 40% automation of the existing manual process. Live reporting and alerting any critical events Integration with existing systems in organization for unified auditing

We conducted phone interview of couple of vendors. We were very impressed by the technical skill and domain proficiency of the MoreYeahs team.

MoreYeahs developed all the custom plugin for Dynamics which was using to external system. Team also did all the customization of the UI to match customer branding needs. Finally they configure SharePoint and MS FLow to implementing reporting

Team had members in following role: Solutions Architect (1) Technical Lead (2) Dynamics CRM Developers(4) QA (3)

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Improved accuracy reduced the workload on the reconciliation team by 60%. Alerting prevent over 28 incorrect donation recording during just the first month

Most of the project management was done by our team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by the willingness of their team to go the extra mile. They were able to achieve the WOW factor.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Would recommend to improve the bench size as it took a while to scale up the team.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of an organization that specializes in large-scale storage hardware. We mainly serve hospitals and governmental institutions.

What challenge were you trying to address with MoreYeahs Inc?

We needed support in developing and implementing a CRM system.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Though we originally hired MoreYeahs Inc to develop the CRM on their own, we had started working on our own system internally. By the time their team came onboard, the CRM had broken, so the team’s first task was to repair it. There was a fair amount of translation involved as well, as our original CRM was built in Dutch.

In conjunction with one of our own engineers, MoreYeahs Inc was able to fix the CRM within two weeks and begin developing what we originally hired them for.

What is the team composition?

MoreYeahs Inc provided a few different specialists. There was one main point of contact who handled the project of repairing our initial CRM. 

When we started developing the new CRM, there were are about three or four frontend developers, though we don’t interact with them directly. 

My main points of contact are two managers, our account manager and the development manager. 

How did you come to work with MoreYeahs Inc?

We found MoreYeahs Inc online, when we posted our project on a freelancing site. We had a discussion with their team and they came across as very professional, and we ultimately decided to partner with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about €3,000 (approximately $3,200 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with MoreYeahs Inc in November 2019, and the project is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The CRM system the team has developed is exactly what we wanted. MoreYeahs Inc listens to the components our team wants to see in the system and is able to implement them. 

Our business has developed more quickly as a result, especially because of the extent to which our sales representatives rely on the system to access the right information at the right moment.

The CRM system we have now gives an advantage to both our sales process and our company as a whole. 

How did MoreYeahs Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

We don’t track their progress with any tools, but they’ve met every deadline we’ve set for them. Often, MoreYeahs Inc completes tasks ahead of schedule. The team updates us on their progress every two or three days. 

The communication between our teams both over email and Skype is very smooth. MoreYeahs Inc is almost available to take calls or answer questions within a few hours.

What did you find most impressive about them?

MoreYeahs Inc has quite a large staff, but manages to stay extremely well organized. Their project manager keeps a close eye on us and knows our project very well. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’ve run into some problems with their team locking in remotely to our servers and with other hardware-level challenges, but that’s not their business so we don’t consider it a large disadvantage. 

Everything else has gone really well.

Be as concrete as possible about what you want and what you’re expecting, and MoreYeahs Inc will be able to accomplish it for you.

TFS Systems develops custom service applications for the mobile workforce On the Salesforce platform. Our customers deliver on site mission critical mechanical and electrical services for Data Centers, Telecomm providers and other mission critical operations.

We needed a very quick turn around for a custom Output form. The Data for this form spanned several objects and required custom queries. Once the data was extracted it had to be formatted in a specific manner for our customers contractual requirements.

MoreYeahs Inc was extremely responsive not only to my initial request, but throughout the project. We tend to work odd hours and MoreYeahs was available around the clock and 7 days a week. They finished the project on time, on budget and to spec. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing IT development work
