Belor design – it’s a popular cosmetics manufacturer from Belarus. I'm a marketing director at this company.

For what projects/services did your company hire MOOHII?

Our company hired MOOHII for a few services: package design of mascara, total rebranding, and design of chapsticks.

What were your goals for this project?

Our company wanted to update the old design, to make it fresh and cool.

How did you select MOOHII?

We met MOOHII’s head designers at the exhibition, dedicated to design. Their work seemed to be exactly what Belor design needed.

Describe the project in detail.

At first we discussed our cooperation with head designers. MOOHII offered a few concepts and we chose one of them. Our company liked this workflow, so we hired them again, but this time for total rebranding. And the last time MOOHII made for us design of a new line of chapsticks. This cooperation was quite pleasant and very productive. But there were minor technical edits.

What was the team composition?

We had a few calls with head designers, but mainly chatted with the manager, who passed information to designers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Customers really like our new design. And in stores Belor design products began to buy more often.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was quite effective thanks to well understanding of our needs.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

MOOHII have really nice taste and know what customers need. All technical problems they solved very quickly and professional.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We had small problems, but that’s okay. So I think they know how to improve MOOHII company.

Our company has special offers for our clients, one of them is cardholder. But we wasn’t satisfied with quality of design, that’s why we hired MOOHII.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goal for this project — to make the design of cardholder stylish and comfortable.

How did you select MOOHII?

We saw MOOHII’s target on Instagram, followed the link, checked their works and decided to contact them for free analysis.

Describe the project in detail.

First of all, we discussed our ready-made design of cardholders. MOOHII offered a lot of ideas, told about problems and solutions. We liked this workflow, so the next step was the project of the cardholders design.

They made different options for us to choose. MOOHII team made cardholders prettier, production easier and the product cheaper. Also, as a bonus, they made the design of large cardholder.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Finally we have presentable cardholders, which will soon go into production and will please our customers.

MOOHII team are real professionals. They put together a team of designers, who really care about clients needs.
