The Client

Dip Devices - a leader in bringing premium, innovative vaporizers and accessories to the dynamic cannabis marketplace with focus on quality and caring customer service.

 

The Challenge

Focused primarily in the early phases on Social Campaigns and B2C awareness, they had little in place for B2C conversion and retention, nor much B2B presence, with sporadic promotional email blasts to their subscriber base. 

Because of the technical limitations in the cannabis space, they were forced to build a custom ecommerce platform, with limited flexibility outside of standard ecommerce store functionality.

Our goal, beyond implementing the right technology, was to come up with creative new ways to accomplish traditional marketing goals given these constraints.

The Client

C4CM - Training and personal development courses that help to educate individuals and improve company performance. At the start of our relationship, ~90% of their leads came from outbound email.

 

The Challenge

C4CM had been generating new leads successfully for their business in the past through cold email campaigns, but changes to the email landscape and ensuing deliverability issues forced them into a corner and were fit with tools not well suited to their current or future needs. They needed to simultaneously get their deliverability issues back on track while also being enabled to improve the capabilities and effectiveness of their inbound marketing and sales funnels.

To add further complications, their website and client experience needed an overhaul and a better integration with their marketing and sales efforts.

    Lunchbox - DTC ecommerce products aimed at music festival attendees

    The Challenge: 

    Lunchbox had a complex and aggressive pre-Kickstarter Launch email capture and messaging strategy in order to meet their funding goals. They needed to drive repeated awareness and engagement while simultaneously keeping a limited budget and high deliverability.

    After the Kickstarter campaign, they then needed to radically change the approach and shift communication to a more standard ecommerce strategy with complex segmentation, all the while transitioning their pre-order, fulfillment, affiliate, and ecommerce platforms as they matured.
