We had received some less than ideal feedback about our current logo. It was not producing the desired effect we were hoping for when we created it. We were able to connect with Melt and share with them our desire to have an updated logo. The engagement with Melt consisted of:

• an initial kickoff where we provided history, context, as well as what we were hoping for in a new logo
• Melt asked us to provide them with examples of real life logos that we were inspired by and logos that we didn't like, and to provide explanations with our choices
• After receiving the above, Melt produced an initial array of logo options form which we were able to provide feedback for a subsequent iteration
• A couple iterations later, we landed on the final choice
• Melt concluded by providing us with all of the final production digital assets 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Measurable outcomes for the project included:

1. an initial kickoff to gain context and undstanding of my needs as a client
2. delivery of a first set of options, from which we chose a few to continue futher iterations
3. delivery of a subseqent set of iterations, from which a final choice was made
4. virtual meetings after each delivery to provide feedback and better understand preferences and opinions
5. delivery of the final set of assets, in multiple file formats, in a convenient virtual drive

The Melt team was fantastic in regards to project management. They were very attentive during our meetings, wanting to ensure that they completely understood what we were looking for, as well as our preferences, what we were willing to see new designs on, and what elements we wanted to see preserved and sustained in any new design. 

Each time they provided a deliverable, they were committed to meeting with me promptly to receive feedback and confirmation of preferences. They truly understood the assignment - the end result is testament to their ability to really listen and understand the sentiments I was conveying to them about what I wanted our company logo to represent.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What was most impressive about Melt was their ability to truly connect and empathize with me. I asked them from the start, if they were familiar with the space my company is in. They admitted they were not overly familiar with the space. That did not stop them from taking the time to hear my story, understand what my ambitions were, and ask me about my preferences and likes.

The final result they delivered completely blew away our team. I felt like they truly understood what we are trying to do, and as a result, they exceeded our expectations!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Melt could have done differently?

None - while it was a brief engagement, my experiece with Melt was stellar. There is nothing I have to offer by way of any feedback regarding improvements.

The team demonstrated exceptional speed and professionalism throughout the project. Communication was clear and consistent, ensuring that all our needs and preferences were addressed promptly. What truly stood out was their "can-do" attitude—no request was too big or too small, and they approached every challenge with a positive mindset. 
They followed the brief correctly, demonstrating an understanding of STORM Grupa as a client and the aesthetic of the IT industry.

Melt consistently delivered all project deliverables punctually, maintaining clear and timely communication throughout. They were responsive and attentive to all our concerns and feedback, addressing both minor requests and significant issues with equal diligence. Their attention to detail and thoroughness in design were exemplary and we could not have asked for a better team to work with on our rebrand.

What truly impressed us about Melt was their modern and innovative style. Their portfolio is filled with exciting and bold projects, which immediately resonated with the vision we had for our brand. It felt like a perfect match. Melt stood out because they asked all the right questions from the start. 
Unlike other designers we considered, who lacked professionalism and diligence, Melt's thoughtful inquiries demonstrated their expertise and genuine interest in our project. This level of engagement made us feel understood and confident that they grasped our brand's current identity and future aspirations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Creative studio Melt could have done differently?

Overall, our experience working with Melt was fantastic and impressive. If we were to suggest an area for improvement, it would be the timeline for the project. Although our contract indicated a 30-day delivery period, it ultimately took longer. Despite this, everything else was excellent, and the results are amazing.
