The training involved using historical data, including previous student inquiries and responses to ensure a wide coverage of topics and language nuances pertinent to the LKClass platform. 
2. Knowledge Base Creation: A comprehensive knowledge base was created to serve as the foundation for the chatbot's responses. This knowledge base encompasses common inquiries, their answers, and additional resources to help address student questions in a thorough manner. 
3. API Development and Integration: APIs were designed and integrated to enable seamless real-time interaction between the chatbot, the LKClass platform, and backend systems. This ensures that the chatbot can access and provide accurate and up-to-date information in response to student inquiries.

Their project management was excellent. They made sure everything was on time, which was important. They talked to me in a way that was easy to understand, not just using technical jargon. We worked together to create the product, and they knew exactly what I needed. They helped me understand the product we built together.

Overall, Matom.ai has done an excellent job. They exceeded my expectations, so it would be very difficult to say what they could do better.

Almost a year we were collaborating with the vendor. Starting from problem specification, R&D stages, programminig, user interfaces, testing functional prototype (wearable device).

Development and integration of several software packages into one system.

They were communicative, flexible, and willing to help. They met deadlines. Although not all details there achieved, but mostly due to the R&D specifics (unexpected issues).
