For what projects/services did your company hire Marwick Internet Marketing?

Marwick were challenged to design a new website reflecting all the diverse sectors of our business and portray the project experience of the Company as a whole and our consultants specialist experience individually.

They also were tasked with upping our google rankings and providing ongoing support modifying the website as the business has developed over the past couple of years. We had no particular expertise in this area and just provided the material

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to see our name appear regularly on the first page when certain key words are used for google searching covering the various sectors of our business, and then when the website was found for the viewer to quickly understand the depth and experience of our sector coverage.

By recommendation and looking at their own marketing material

When we chose Marwick we provided a scope and an approximate idea of what we wanted to achieve by the look of the website and its content. This was all done remotely by Skype and covering different time zones, so the Marwick team were very able to accommodate us with this.

What was the team composition?

We were assigned a project manager and a working consultant. The whole project was being followed by the MD. The team made us feel we were being looked after at every stage.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As a direct result of our google rankings and new website we have positively identified more than six significant projects from export clients which we would not have achieved through other marketing efforts

The whole information transfer process was very slick and efficient as the website developed, and then ongoing support has been seamless.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Excellent communication and quick response. Although we are a fairly specialist traditional business Marwick were intuitive to our requirements, and provide value for money

We are hoping in the next 6 months to a year to get a brand new website developed. Getting a website audit helped up see what the current issues we are website are and how we can improve our current website but also what issues and mistakes to avoid for the new website.

I used to live in the Lower Mainland and were familiar with this digital marketing agency already. Already had that connection and trust there.

Marwick needed access to only a couple of things to be able to do their audit. I explained why we were wanting an audit as it was going to help us with our current site but also help us plan the new one. The documents I was sent back with the audit results was mind blowing. I was very impressed with how much they did dive into the website and all the issues and solutions they recommend that we will do our best to implement.

I only had contact and dealt with Christian Thomson, CEO.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I now have documentation to show my team and others of ALLLLL the items wrong with our current website and why we DO need a new one. This also helps me to be able to do some work to our current one to make it even better while our new one is in the works.
