What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?ย
Even people who donโt use the internet often can easily navigate the site. The final site meets all of our criteria and functions well. Alexey is very creative and has been able to build whatever we need on the website.
How did MakeING perform from a project management standpoint?
It was a very smooth process. Alexey and I skyped often, which helped communication. I could call him whenever I wanted to add features or make changes and it was never a problem. They always picked up immediately and were able to make the changes I requested.

We were looking to address how our website looked. We wanted to reorganize our brand and the products we had listed, breaking it down into a meaningful sales pitch.

Their main skills are in visualization. In terms of design, they have a really impressive ability to tie everything together. If all we had as a company was MakeINGโs design work, weโd have a massive advantage.ย

I think Eugene couldโve explained the service a bit more. We had an expectation at the start, and when he came back, we were kind of shocked. We were shocked in a good way, but we werenโt expecting them to work the way they did.

What challenge were you trying to address with MakeING?
Our website wasnโt converting very well. We didnโt have much organic traffic and we hadnโt refreshed the site in several years.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
I wanted to change the structure of our website with one high-level domain and several sub-domains for various countries. Before, there was a lot of duplication on our site, which really impacted SEO. MakeING helped us narrow down our content and provided advice for our organic and paid traffic. They completely rewrote our site with SEO in mind.

I spoke to a couple of different companies about what I wanted and MakeING came back with a proposal that I was happy with. Organic traffic increased significantly and our conversion rate for paid ads is up by about 110%. As a result, our lower cost per conversion is much lower. This project continues to help us ring in new customers and grow. Our site looks trustworthy and credible.

They responded quickly and were very efficient. They always delivered on schedule and met all of our requirements. When there were any issues, they dealt with them quickly and professionally.

I only had two weeks until the deadline. MakeING completed the project in one and a half weeks, so I had time to make revisions before I showed the product to my client.
