For the SEO part, we conduct keyword research together and rely on them to handle backlinking efforts and blog posting. They’re also helping us manage one of our Google ad campaigns.

Over the course of 15 years, our business has improved substantially. A lot of that has got to do with our Google search rankings and how people are finding us — we rank first for the different services that we offer. Overall, it's been a very successful partnership.

One of the more collaborative parts of the engagement involved content development. Our team had a library of press releases, articles, and white papers that we had never truly leveraged online. Our initial engagement involved LOAB Solutions conducting SEO on our website. They figured out what errors existed on the site and checked whether there were sufficient forms and fields to capture the attention of our users. Their team also analyzed the number of visitors we were getting for each page and created a strategy for sections of the site that were getting very few numbers.

LOAB Solutions added more content and web-related forms to capture leads. All of our pages were optimized to boost our search engine rankings for certain industry keywords, which we jointly came up with. We also tried a Google Ads and Facebook ads campaign, though the latter wasn’t very effective for our type of business. LOAB Solutions did, however, post ads on LinkedIn to drive more people to our website.

LOAB Solutions created a bunch of landing pages for us as well, and these were tied to prerecorded webinars that we created to promote our software products.

We’ve begun to rank pretty highly on Google for certain products, getting listed in search results' first or second pages. We’ve also received a lot of leads through our web forms and ads, which has necessitated the creation of a pipeline and a separate inbox. Of those leads, we’ve closed several opportunities.

We have yet to secure a good ROI, but it has nothing to do with LOAB Solutions. It is simply the nature of our business, which is extremely niche and targeted towards a very small group of companies. We wouldn’t have gotten the same opportunities had we not signed up with them.
