Their responsiveness to requests has been impressive. They work with real velocity and don't let things sit. When we've asked for changes to messaging, adjustments to target parameters or any other modifications, they've turned things around quickly. The team proactively communicates about timelines and keeps us informed throughout the process, which has made the partnership smooth and efficient.

What stands out most is their genuine commitment to getting results combined with their flexibility. Many agencies operate rigidly within their standard processes, but LevelUp Leads has been willing to adapt and adjust their approach based on what's actually working. They don't just execute a playbook and call it done. They actively collaborate with us, respond quickly to feedback and iterate on strategy to improve outcomes. Their velocity and responsiveness have also been impressive. The team moves fast without sacrificing quality, which has allowed us to test and refine our outreach much faster than we anticipated. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something LevelUp Leads could have done differently?

One area for improvement would be the polish and consistency of the BDR's communication with prospects. We understand it can be challenging to answer detailed questions when you don't work directly for the company, but we did find ourselves coaching the BDR on the same topics multiple times. It would have been helpful if that feedback had been retained and applied more consistently. That said, this is a relatively minor issue in an otherwise strong partnership, and the team has been receptive to our coaching.

LevelUp Leads generates lists of contractors, specifically those backed by private equity, and calls them to set up meetings. We take the meetings from there. We've had one training session and completed a questionnaire. We reviewed the questionnaire with an account manager and ran their sales team through a sales presentation about the script. We meet with them once a week.

LevelUp Leads follows our system processes and scripts, and their team has developed new ones. They use a series of AI tools made available to the public. LevelUp Leads also pays for various subscriptions and list-building software, such as PitchBook, which they use to extract contact information.

What is the team composition?

We work with an account manager and a salesperson. The salesperson makes around 400 calls a day within a 2–3-hour period using a multi-dialer tool.

LevelUp Leads called us. My business partner and I had a few calls with their team.

We pay them between $4,000 and $7,000 a month.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

LevelUp Leads has done an excellent job. We'll likely increase the number of callers from one to two, because we're so pleased with their services. LevelUp Leads' account manager is very sophisticated. Their caller is excellent, learns well, takes feedback, and has worked with us to tune the script. He's helping us build our script because he's getting so much feedback, which has helped us hone our messaging.

They've set up 10–20 meetings, which is a lot for this industry. They've exceeded our expectations in every category.

How did LevelUp Leads perform from a project management standpoint?

LevelUp Leads delivers the work on time and within budget. They communicate well. We use Slack and Google Meet. Their services are simple, and we can manage the project with phone calls and meetings.

No, there's nothing I know of.

Ensure LevelUp Leads' account manager and salesperson are the right fit for your team and culture. We lucked out because we got both, but that would make a big difference in terms of fit within the team. They still work with our salespeople, so it's essential that they get along and maintain a social connection.

Built the internal case for more investment in contact data tools beyond Clay as the LevelUp data enrichment impacted 30%+ of our contacts & their connection rates were +50% internal team's.

Successfully recruited and overbooked (champaign problem!) an assigned virtual event.

The team was super responsive, tailored their approach to our needs and - best of all - was proactively iterating and partnering to improve outcomes. I appreciated their commitment, professionalism and overall investment in our company and this project. 

For instance, in one of our projects we had early success (meeting set in the first few days) and the other took refinement over the course of 2-3 weeks - the original list we provided was large, they segemented an built audiences, they roated and tweaked those audiences until they saw connection & conversations rates increase and then doubled down once they found the sweet spots.

LevelUp Lead's Tech Stack - out of all the vendors I reviewed, their tech stack of tools, data enrichment liscense, etc was the most robust and - for us - data is the backbone of all prospection efforts

Programmatic Choice - LevelUp Leads adapts to the client's project needs, many vendors that I ruled out early on were rigid e.g. we'll only work with you if we can own the entire GTM motion - LevelUp Leads can certainly do that, but if you have a unique or specialize project in mind, they're really your best option.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LevelUp Leads could have done differently?

This is more of an Orum issue than LevelUp leads - they provide a ton of great data. I was keen to understand contact coverage, account coverage and # of dials per contact / account. Since they were parallel dialing, this was challenging to extract so - net net - I am certain of their # of dials, their # of connects / conversations & with whom they took place but I'm unable to decern if we called X account 0 times or 100 times.

I'm keen to understand this so I can draw statistically significant conclusion around where they phone is likely to be least and most effective after LevelUp made 100k+ dials.

We measure the project's results by the number of quality appointments LevelUp Leads delivers. We're in the middle of closing a potential six-figure project with a long-term partnership. LevelUp Leads does an excellent job of giving us high-quality leads that are highly valuable and can result in big projects. We're responsible for closing sales, and LevelUp Leads not only offers call center services but does whatever works best for our audience.

How did LevelUp Leads perform from a project management standpoint?

LevelUp Leads responds well to our needs and meets requirements. We primarily communicate via Slack daily and have biweekly check-ins via Zoom. I also talk with Chris, who regularly checks in. We don't use project management with the team, but our internal lead management collaborates via HubSpot.

Chris and Sara have stood out. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

LevelUp Leads' strategy and personalized level of service make the team stand out. The team is excellent at letting us know what doesn't work and trying new things. The team is good at communication and can adapt easily. LevelUp Leads is strategy-driven and good at determining what works best for our unique company. 

We spend a lot of time working on our strategy to ensure we're talking the same language to our potential customers. We've seen many service providers that put clients on a call bank and offer a general script. LevelUp Leads isn't like that. We closely monitor their performance and make iterations based on the results we see.

Are there any areas they could improve? 

I can't think of anything LevelUp Leads can improve on.

I suggest responding quickly to LevelUp Leads and being helpful in providing what they need to do their best job. Our team is close and quick for them.

Pre-qualify current prospect list (25,000 contacts) into categories to target qualified leads. The lsit was cleaned using predetermined qualifying questions, scripts and standards. During this LevelUp Leads also created a new list of leads to pre-qualify using multiple sources of Data.

All leads were qualified and information was inputted into our CRM system. We are bi-weekly meetings to ensure expectations were being met.

I was most impressed with their dedication to our project. He made sure to check in and have transparent communication during every step.

The only area for improvemenet I would reccomend would be the middle management. Our CSR was great and Chris's was great however there was no true value in our customer success manager. She never had any input or knew anything about our account or how it worked. Thankful we didn't work with her alot but we worked with two different CSR's and both were extremly great to work with and very efficient.

Levelup filled out an onboarding form to start, which we then reviewed together to go over the strategy for the campaigns on our onboarding call. After that, the LevelUp team started sourcing contacts and writing the messaging for our approval. They launched both the email and cold call campaigns at the same time. 
Within a few days, we started seeing interested leads come from both channels leading to scheduled demos. From these demos, we have already closed one deal and there are still several good opportunities in the pipeline.
