What challenge were you trying to address with Galletti Advertising?

We needed help with online marketing on social media and Google Ads.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Galletti Advertising has helped us create and run advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. Their team set up our profiles in Google Ads and Facebook Ads. We provided them with content, including images and text, and they were in charge of building the campaigns based on that material. They also chose the demographics and countries to advertise in based on our business information. We're taking a break from advertising in January because it’s usually a slow time for sales, but Galletti Advertising will start our new campaigns next month.

We worked with Paulo (Founder).

How did you come to work with Galletti Advertising?

We got emails from several companies with proposals for our advertising, and Galletti Advertising’s included a personalized video with advice to improve our situation. Paulo recorded himself screen-sharing and told us all the improvements he could make for us. Their proposal was a personal and customized experience that interested us, and when we called them, we felt in very good hands — that’s how our collaboration started.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re super happy with Galletti Advertising’s work, which has helped us increase our sales. When their team has advertised in a specific country, our online sales in that country have increased, so there’s a clear correlation with their work. We also had a call with Facebook that confirmed the team was doing a good job with our Facebook Ads campaign; it was running smoothly and perfectly. Overall, the online marketing campaigns Galletti Advertising has created for us have worked very well — it’s been an amazing collaboration.

How did Galletti Advertising perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is very smooth. We generally communicate through Slack, though we also use email. We’ve had a deadline for every part of the project, and they’ve delivered on time. 

Galletti Advertising is very transparent, too. They showed me the behind-the-scenes of our ad campaigns through a Zoom call so that if I ever wanted to create one myself, I could. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I find their drive and passion impressive. Galletti Advertising’s team is also very knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Collaborating with them has been a great experience and an incredible journey.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t see anything they need to improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would really recommend them! Galletti Advertising is on top of our campaigns, which is good to have with a partner.
