My name is Michał Ziółko and I am a real estate broker. From an early age I've been involved in commerce and entrepreneurship. I started my activity in the real estate industry in 2013,  creating a Katowice branch of one of the largest network real estate agencies in Poland. The huge number of transactions carried out over the past years has allowed me to gain practical knowledge in various areas of the real estate market. Currently I’m an author and coordinator of many investment projects in the Silesian agglomeration.

What challenge were you trying to address with the vendor? 

Design and implementation of a webpage for one of our investments located in the Silesian agglomeration. Apart from the information layer, the website was of key importance in the sales and marketing context of the entire project.

What was the scope of their involvement?  

Lavora Digital Agency built a modern and visually appealing information website. The contractor involvement was end-to-end - from initial design to implementation and creation of the graphic layer. 

What is the team composition?  

The team consisted of PM and web developer.  

How did you come to work with the vendor? 

I found Lavora Digital through a popular polish advertising marketplace for IT projects. 

How much have you invested with them? 

Until now around $2000. 

What is the status of this engagement? 

After the implementation of the project, we are currently engaged in to technical maintenance services of the webpage. We also plan to start another joint project in the near future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Numerous leads acquired through website contact form. The structure and hygiene of the site allowed for information saturation about the investment among potential clients, hence follow up calls were only focused on specific pre-sales areas. 

How did the vendor perform from a project management standpoint? 

Communication with the vendor was at a very satisfactory level. From the very moment I made contact through the advertising platform, I was impressed with their commitment and proactively suggesting out-of-the-box solutions to the project structure. 

What did you find most impressive about them? 

The team's professionalism and individual approach were outstanding.

Are there any areas they could improve? 

I don't recall any areas of collaboration that needed improvement on the part of the contractor.
