Justine worked on DevSecOps and cloud infrastructure automation, including CI/CD pipeline improvements, scripting and automation for operational processes, cloud environment support, and platform reliability improvements. She also contributed to system integration work, automation tools, and infrastructure support related to healthcare system environments. In addition to technical implementation, she helped improve documentation, operational procedures, and overall platform organization.

The work resulted in more reliable deployment processes, improved automation across several infrastructure and operational tasks, and better visibility into system performance and reliability. Automation reduced manual work and improved consistency across deployments. Security and access control practices were improved, and overall platform stability and operational confidence increased.

Their project management was structured, proactive, and well-organized. They consistently delivered items on time and maintained clear communication throughout the engagement. What impressed us most was their strong expertise in DevSecOps and automation, combined with their ability to quickly understand complex healthcare environments. They consistently translated technical challenges into practical, reliable solutions while improving efficiency, security, and platform stability.

We were very satisfied with their overall performance and execution. At this time, we do not see any significant areas for improvement, as they consistently met our expectations and delivered high-quality results.

They were involved in helping structure the project from a technical perspective, supporting implementation discussions, identifying development needs, and assisting in keeping the project aligned with both functional and strategic goals.

Are there any areas for improvement or something JLT-Lane could have done differently?

JLT-Lane performed well overall, and the engagement was a positive one. As with any technical project, there are always opportunities to make a strong process even better. One area for continued improvement could be providing even more detailed upfront documentation around timelines, technical milestones, and implementation sequencing, particularly as project needs evolve. That would create even greater visibility across stakeholders and make progress tracking even easier.
