Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder of SettleWize, a startup. We’re at the stage of having an MVP.
What challenge were you trying to address with Israel IT?
We had limited money and needed help with our UI/UX design and our MVP development.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Israel IT developed a prototype and an MVP for us. We jointly planned for the development project as soon as we got the money either through a government fund we applied for or through funding from investors.
They completed the UI/UX design that will also serve for the final project. Based on the design, they did the prototype, and now we’re developing the MVP.
What is the team composition?
We work with a project manager and designers.
How did you come to work with Israel IT?
We found them based on their previous contacts. One of my partners had worked with them. We talked with two of their customers, and we got really good recommendations.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in May 2020, and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our founder is very proficient in technology and IT, so we’re able to evaluate the value of the product Israel IT provided. They’re very good, and the design is good. We’ve received great feedback from companies and people we’ve shown the prototype.
How did Israel IT perform from a project management standpoint?
I’m very satisfied with their project management. They meet deadlines.

They’re very responsive. I have years of experience in IT and I’m familiar with many companies and technology service providers. Based on my experience, I would recommend Israel IT very highly.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the head of e-commerce at a CBD products retailer.
What challenge were you trying to address with Israel IT?
They helped us with strategic thinking around the web platform and apps we were developing, as a kind of external CTO. They also helped us with the R&D of those products.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We started with brainstorming and high-level strategy, then dove into the scope of the project. We put everything in place in terms of specifications, milestones, and price. Israel IT handled the development, QA, and delivery of our web platform and the Android and iOS app. We reviewed and approved the work after each milestone.
The app is used for individual diagnoses based on certain parameters. User data is matched with the big data we have, and we offer our products based on the results.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with 2–5 people from Israel IT, including a project manager, the CTO, an account manager, and developers. We communicated with the developers from time to time.
How did you come to work with Israel IT?
We heard about them through word of mouth, and they had great reviews.
How much have you invested with them?
The cost so far is around $100,000.

Excellent!!!
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
We worked according to the timeline and milestones agreed. We had a weekly routine same place same time - zoom update with the team manager. When necessary we would have a midweek meeting with the entire team. the CEO was available when ever needed giving us his own opinion and input.
Actually his involvement was greater than anticipated. We were granted with more services than originally agreed.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
You know, I am really impressed by the overall performance and approach of Israel IT towards our project but what really struck me most is the great personal human approach we were granted with.
We always had an ear and feedback to any question and again in a great manner. It was a pleasure, the all process throughout working with all people involved from both sided. Ok... maybe we also had something to do with it -:)
Another thing I want to mention is I realised Israel It present a reliable backing for any scale we might need growing in the future. Mobile app and web.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not that I can think of. I and my team really sincerely appreciate working with them and we will continue doing so!!!
