InterSynergy was engaged to design and develop postroniefarmaceuty.pl - e-learning and loyalty website and CRM for our main target group on the market (pharmacists)

How did you select InterSynergy and what were the deciding factors?

We knew InterSynergy before as we cooperated with them in other projects such as product landing pages, company website and some other websites we own.

InterSynergy designed and built multifunctional e-learning / loyalty website for pharmacists simply from scratch. The features include complex CMS, CRM and advanced custom page builder.

The development involved some complex integrations (amongs the other data exchange with the nationwide platform of 14000 pharmacies). Pharmacists can collect loyalty points and order various prizes through typical e-commerce solution. Moreover, they gain the access to the necessary knowledge on the medicaments and treatments via e-learning features (webinars, quizes).

They are up to date with medical news and new products through articles and subscriptions. Services provided by InterSynergy include: UX and design, UX consulting, frontend and backend development, integrations with outer platforms, technical support based on SLA and hosting.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

This website makes a great loyalty asset. Pharmacists can gain the access to the necessary knowledge on the medicaments and treatments via e-learning features, which also encourages them to choose our products among many other alternatives and offer them to their end clients. This is also great marketing tool for our Sales Representatives.

The project management involved communication on many levels also with our third party partners whose databases and services we needed to integrate with built website. It was one of the reasons why the initial scope and specifications has evolved during the project development. Nevertheless InterSynergy coped with these circumstances on every level.

We were in constant touch with their team, the milestones were delivered on time. They were working agile in scrum methodology. They also provided great assisitance to me as an product owner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their flexibility and agility has made it possible to enrich the original service concept with many UX and functional features through all the stages of project development.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As a client, I prefer the traditional e-mail exchange of documents instead of the panda doc system.

I am the CEO of QL Brains Poland. Our main products are Quizo and QuizoGo, innovative platforms to hold quiz competitions in real time in public places or online all over the world.

For what projects/services did your company hire InterSynergy?

We were in search of a development partner to update our Quizo web app. Quizo, by that time, was already used to hold quiz competitions in public spaces such as bars and pubs, where competitors answered questions shown on a screen with their mobile devices. The primary task for InterSynergy, however, was building QuizoGo, a web app optimized for mobile devices.

What were your goals for this project?

We hoped to significantly improve the frontend features, usability, and stability of our existing web application. Further, we wanted Quizo users to be able to compete online from anywhere with their mobile devices and the brand new QuizoGo app.

InterSynergy helped us to expand the frontend of the Quizo platform by implementing new functionalities and improving its UI/UX quality. In doing so, they also drastically improved the Angular.js code quality. In the second stage of development, they created the entire frontend of the QuizoGo platform that utilizes WebSocket technology.

What was the team composition?

InterSynergy dedicated a project manager and three full-time web developers. The project manager also served as a scrum master in the agile development process.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The updates to our web application significantly reduced the number of bugs and errors that occur during competitions. The development of the online QuizoGo attracted a fair amount of new users and gave us a new space to benefit from ad sales.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

InterSynergy’s scrum team made concerted efforts to improve the app features and UX during our ongoing sprints. We delivered new milestones every two weeks. We succeeded in having a smooth means of communication and project management from both sides.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The InterSynergy team is committed to delivering high-quality products. They worked overtime hours when it was necessary, and they were determined to update the Angular.js code left behind by a previous vendor. Their primary responsibility was development according to our assigned specifications, but they assisted several times to improve UX issues and conceptually contribute to new features.

No, we had a successful engagement.

They give us access to their project management tool and offer full insight into their communication. We receive weekly reports and have full control over the work progress and budget. They deliver every deadline and milestone on time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They assist us 24/7, selecting the proper technologies to achieve our goals and avoid unnecessary costs. Their agile approach gives us full control over budget and development and offers many opportunities to improve the basic scope of the project.
