I'm a CDO of IT community, we have a lot of initiatives and activities for technical and non-technical professionals, that improve their work-life and entertainment

In order to develop an 8-page website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

On Upwork. I saw their portfolio, also guys have a "Top rated" badge and this was the last deciding fact)

Don't want to share all the details. We used an agile approach and the guys delivered my website in small parts.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 3 full stack developers and 2 girls from QA department.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It digitize my business processes, which made it possible to increase the speed of management decision-making up to 4-5 times.

It was nice and effective, both teams tried to avoid conflicts and also they correct bugs individually.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The communication was a real pleasure, they did all the changes I asked for. So InterCode team was patient also with my constant changing;)

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Probably everything was OK, we tried to work smoothly. And yeah, they have a little high rates, but it is worth it, I think. I am really satisfied with the quality of their work.

Design and develop internal workflow for affiliate and promo for our users with built-in dashboards.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

My friend CEO of another company recommended this team.

We had a few calls with a team, so we described our needs on these calls without detailed technical documentation. They idea was not too complicated, so the team implemented all we wanted and even came up with several good ideas that were added to the scope. The good thing that all QA were done on their side, so we got the solution in a good condition with only minor issue which were fixed almost immediately.

We're not fully rolled out the system, but we expect to get 10-15% increase of our sales.

We needed some support for our existing development team to enable us to deal with more internal projects concurrently.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found ourselves in need of some developer resource at short notice when a team member left unexpectedly. What started as a few months planned work grew into over a year as the relationship we had developed over time.

These included general bug fixing, developing feature enhancements and some infrastructure updates. Mainly C#, SQL and Angular.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We've been very happy with all aspects of the work. Everything has been delivered on time, and to a high standard.

We used mainly Slack for messaging and calls and lighthouse for bug & feature ticket tracking.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were never afraid to suggest alternative ideas and solutions. Talked through any areas of potential ambiguity.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think so, the long relationship we had is testament to how well things worked.
