I work as a Channel manager with one of the biggest IT security and training distributor in Dubai, UAE.

VR projects for trainings.

What were your goals for this project?

We hired Intellify to help us with the VR app which can help us in delivering the best experience in the training segment. With their expertise, we wanted to deliver a smooth and yet interactive experience to the user.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We were looking at expertise in the VR/AR segment and we started looking out for someone who can not just help us build a solution but rather be a part of our team to engage with our journey while we give a better experience to our customer. Hence we landed with The Intellify team.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

The project began with providing the wireframe describing the entire structure and the team came up with a VR training module. After that they started with creating the 3D models and other assets and animations related to the module. After the development was done, they helped us with the documentation and the product overview.

What was the team composition?

The team comprised of the following: BA 3D Modeler and Animator 2 Unity3D Developer QA Engineer Project Manager Account Manager

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

This helped our customers to have a smooth experience on our training part and the feedback from our customers has been excellent. However, we do wish to run this model in the coming days to have more concrete feedback from our customers.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The PM team was very professionals. Most of the milestones were achieved on a timely basis. The entire communication related to PM was managed in Basecamp.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team is extremely qualified to understand the problem and they come up with some really interesting solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement?

So far so good and we're willing to expand our project in the next phases. We will be looking to have some more interactions with the team.
