Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We aimed to develop a robust, secure, and scalable solution featuring a new API and web front-end designed to handle multi-tenancy for a large feature request. Given the sensitive nature of the data and the potential for multiple tenants, an emphasis was placed on implementing top-notch security protocols. 

We leveraged CI/CD pipelines for a seamless development to deployment flow, enabling continuous integration of code changes, automated testing, and efficient delivery of new features and fixes to the production environment. The front-end was built using .NET MAUI to ensure cross-platform compatibility, targeting both desktop and mobile interfaces with a single codebase. This decision was key in providing a unified user experience across multiple platforms without redundant development efforts.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Quite simply, customer satisfaction - which we achieved in spades. So much so, the platform will continue to be extended.

The project management was effective. They consistently met deadlines and delivered items on time, which made it easier for us to plan our own schedules. Communication was clear and prompt; they were always attentive to our needs and requirements. What stood out was their response when issues did arise. Instead of avoiding the problems, they took immediate action to resolve them and kept us updated every step of the way. 

It was reassuring to know that we could count on them to handle any bumps in the road professionally. Overall, we felt very well supported throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What set this company apart was their unique blend of technical expertise and excellent communication skills. They didn't just code; they understood the business implications of what they were building and made sure it aligned with our strategic goals. 

This was especially important given the complexity of our project, which included many legacy components. Their ability to seamlessly integrate these complex components while keeping us in the loop made us feel like we had a true partner, rather than just a service provider.

Are there any areas for improvement or something INSSIO could have done differently?

That's a difficult question to answer, as we're a smaller operation and we engaged them precisely for their expertise. If anything, we're the ones who were learning from them throughout the project. Any challenges we faced were largely on our end as we scaled to match their level of proficiency. So, if there's room for improvement, it's likely more for us to adapt and make full use of their capabilities.
