I was the CEO of the Pajeczyna, Co (www.Pajeczyna.pl), one of the biggest in Poland fully free, classifieds website.

We need to update our web and marketing presence online. We had lots of different challenges. We needed a revamp of the website to make it more user, more mobile, and more SEO-friendly. We also needed to update our CMS to be able to manage our users more efficiently.

I've found Iguana Studio through a friend whose website was fully developed by them and he was very pleased.

They have fully designed, developed, and launched a new/updated website for our company.

In the beginning, we worked with designers to come up with the layout and the feel of the website. It varied, but I’d say on a routine basis, we worked with 3–4 people.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The results fully exceeded our expectations. The updated website was much more user-friendly and mobile-friendly than our old one.

Compared to other vendors, we were especially impressed with theirs project management style. Their team always complied with deadlines, providing high-quality service and deliverables. They have successfully finished our project with some additional features, that helped us to expand our growth.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive parts of cooperating with Iguana Studio were their high-level services, professional skills, and knowledge. I was also impressed by their application of the latest design innovations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, nothing really I can really think of. Iguana Studio constantly improving themselves, so my only suggestion for them is to remain energetic, creative, progressive, and open to new knowledge.

I’m the CEO of AngelSounds, a small online shop for our fetal heart rate detector—AngelSounds SMART. I manage the shop, provide customer service, and I support orders. I also take care of marketing tasks such as creating slogans and content for the company’s blog.

I needed to create a one-page website that was connected with the e-shop for our single product.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to introduce AngelSounds to the Polish market, so our website had to be perfect in every way. We needed a partner that would pay attention to the UI/UX in order to create a user-friendly and fully-functional site.

How did you select this vendor?

A friend that had previously made a website with Iguana Studio recommended them to me. I checked out their portfolio and eventually called to arrange a meeting. I also met with three other agencies but Iguana's offer was the most accurate and affordable for me. Their great customer service was influential as well.

The project was divided into sections and consisted of creating the main page, graphics, and programming. I provided content and photos. Each part of the website was discussed with me and I could see the progress and give my suggestions.

What was the team composition?

I initially had contact with an account manager and then, when I decided to choose them, they assigned a project manager. I don't really know how many people were involved in the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our collaboration was smooth. It wasn't a very complicated website to create, so we didn't have many issues to talk about. Each time they delivered an advance, I’d check it carefully and once I accepted it, they’d move on. The finished product turned out to be exactly what was expected.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I coordinated the work on my side and was in contact with their project manager through phone or e-mail. I had no problems with communication. I also could see the work going on with an internal system of theirs and give my opinions and suggestions there.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their speed is phenomenal. I thought my project would last months but it only took 2–3 months to finish the website. Another plus is that their prices are really competitive. I had never worked with a web design and development agency before, but if I were to do another website, I would give the work to Iguana.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I don't see any weak points from my point of view. There’s always something to improve in every company but our collaboration went so smoothly that I saw no defects in their work.

Iguana Studio made for me a portal with handicraft artistroom.pl. It is a portal that allows users to place their products on their own. They focused on creating a user-friendly interface, and very professional image with great tools for user. Buyers can easily contact the manufacturer and buy the selected product. This is a Polish marketplace with handicrafts. Iguana took care of the graphics and all the functionalities of the portal, user accounts, the payment system and many other solutions.

Our collaboration was smooth. It wasn't a very complicated website to create, so we didn't have Our cooperation was very good. They always had good advice for me, suggested the best and most up-to-date solutions. I like that the owners are not only creators, but they also add their own online stores and are happy to share their knowledge.
