Surprisingly this is one area where they have excelled the most, unlike other companies where the communication gap is the biggest challenge. Our communication was all based on Asana & Trello, with important on-call discussions using Google Meet. Think about a red flag and the entire team was either on a group Whatsapp call or Google meet. We sparingly used emails except to receive our monthly bills ;)

Their ability to mold their working style as per client needs.

To be honest, there is hardly anything where we saw a great opportunity for improvement, but if we were to suggest them to open an office in Kuwait, which would enable their clients to have an in-person experience during product development.
