I am an associate manager of Clock In by Ayala Land Offices. We offer flexible business solutions for any type of business.

For what projects/services did your company hire Huskee Digital?

We partnered with Huskee to help us on our social media presence - from crafting, scheduling and executing ideas, as well as handling analytics. Our goal was to increase awareness and improve the occupancy of our spaces.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online and asked for recommendations within the company and shortlisted 3. Some of the reasons for choosing Huskee are their dedication, professionalism and services' value for money.

We had a Terms of Reference in place which was shown to the agencies prior their pitch. Even before engaging with Huskee, they already knew our priorities, targets and goals. Usually, they would pitch ideas and show drafts for the upcoming month for our approval - including Instagram and Facebook. We, then, would revert back with our comments and recommendations and once that's all settled, they schedule and budget the posts/ads.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We mainly worked with 2, Via, Clock In's Account Manager and Miggy, their Account Director.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Followers on both Instagram and Facebook improved. Huskee ensured that we maintain our social media presence despite the pandemic - which was our priority then.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We absolutely loved working with Huskee. They were easy to work with and would address our queries and comments as fast as they would.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We appreciate their professionalism and promptness. We felt highly valued by the agency and how they handled our account. Working with Huskee is like working with your good friends.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, we were inclined to renewing the partnership with them but due to changes in the company,

We are in need of growing our presence in digital platforms such as Facebook, and in need of a digital marketing agency for us to learn something with. They have concentrated on doing the optimization and targeting of areas for Facebook & TikTok Advertising. The goal basically is brand awareness where we wanted to make our brands be known to the market.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have tried to communicate with digital agencies and have listed 3 of them. Among the 3, Huskee Digital stood out because of their presentation and the cost-efficiency they offer. They also have great ideas and they surely know what they do.

We started with Huskee from scratch. They have asked from us all possible materials and what we have done before with Facebook Advertising. After that, we went into a meeting for them to know who to target, what area to target, and what goals should we have per brand. With the goals, our materials then should be in line with it and so they would pitch us the necessary materials and artwork we need to have.

We worked with an Account Manager, and a social media marketer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The campaigns so far that we have are successful where the insights are very much higher with their guidance. Currently, our CTR are higher at these times comparing it to the first few months we started with them. It is also noteworthy that consumers messaging us are mostly real consumers and not spams.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It is effective in a way that the monthly meeting we have with them is a venue for us to evaluate and learn from the recent months. In this way, workflow is very healthy that we are able to open up to them the real concerns and goals we wanted, and they are able to solve it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are there to help your digital presence grow. They perhaps know everything since what we ask from them, they could pull it off. They also share many ideas and experiences to help our business grow.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I could say that they could have done more for TikTok since it is a new trend now. I am quite sure they could be able to learn more a lot from it since it is something to look at into because it is currently a new platform to advertise. Surely, they will pull this off again!

its okay sometimes time doesnt match of ours to theirs. ex: one of their representatives will message at 12midnight or 1am in the morning which is out of our office hours. which is 8am to 5pm only
