Huskee Digital handles all of our digital ads in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and in Tiktok. They help us optimize our content to be used in our ads and recommend regularly what's more effective.

They do the audience targetting, A/B testing, finding out which audience works best for us, what kind of content works more, what we should be doing more of, etc etc

we have had a good and healthy ROAS (return on ad spend). And ever since we got them, our sales digitally have increased siginificantly especially on tiktok shop.

They are very responsive and all expected outputs and reports are delivered on a timely basis. They take ownership and accountability also on the project and we can feel that they really care about the brand and the results, not just to earn money from the business. All the team's recommendations are data-driven and make sense. They are very transparent also with everything that they do so because of this, we trust them a lot.

That they really have ownership in the work that they do and we can feel that they are our partners instead of just a vendor. We feel like they are part of the team and always looking for ways for us to improve also and achieve better results regularly. The owner Miggy is also very hands on and gives us alot of advice which we appreciate very much.

We are happy overall with their services. But if there is an area to improve, maybe can be more specific on advising with regards to video content ads which are more effective etc that we can be doing as well instead of just sending samples of video content ads. Maybe can go one level deeper. Maybe this could help us in making them more effective for our audience.

They monitored trends, tools, opportunities, and applications to further improve our campaigns.

In terms of campaign management and implementation, they spearheaded the following for us:

Huskee Digital is the first agency that I've ever worked with, and the whole experience has been smooth. If anything, the thing that impressed me the most about the company is the fact that they have a representative on TikTok who can smooth things over whenever ads are rejected. It fascinates me how quick, efficient, and transparent they are with their work.

While it's out of their hands most of the time, I would suggest that Huskee Digital find a way to smooth things over with Meta in terms of ad posting— however given the finicky nature of the platform, there's not really much to do. Other than that, I feel like Huskee Digital is already very efficient at what they do.
