What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They helped us develop a core program with different ambassadors in Hawaii that had been too hard for us to maintain on our own. They have done a really good job with those relationships.
We’ve definitely seen a growth in our social media on our YouTube channels, Facebook and Instagram. They have helped us to expand our reach and have been expanding brand awareness. They really helped us to capitalize on our current followers and customers, and have come up with creative new ways to communicate.
How did Huntington Pacific Media perform from a project management standpoint?
It’s great. They’re very responsive and proactive. I haven’t had to reach out to them to ask for something I didn’t have as they are usually very proactive weekly. They send me updates, statistics, and other information.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re very reliable and always go a little bit above and beyond what we contracted them for. They provide services for us without necessarily charging for them because they felt they would help us. It’s nice because it feels like they are on our team, helping us grow, and they don’t treat us as just another paying client they have to service.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s nothing at the moment as far as what I’ve noticed within our services.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I always recommend starting slow and with small projects. Get a feel for how your companies work together and for the experience level and the type of work that is done. Build the relationship once you can see that.
In today’s market, there are many firms and people that are marketing themselves as social media experts who will charge you and then turn you over to an automated system to help expand your social media network. There is not a lot of personal time and they don’t do much work.
With Jordan and his team, they are actively involved. They communicate with our brand ambassadors, build content, and creatively directing content. They took the direction I gave them for who the brand is, and have taken over smoothly, which has been cool to see.
