We already had existing magento 2 pricing extension from Mageworx which was great out of the box but didn’t do what we needed it to.

We wanted an extension to be written to extend and work alongside the Mageworx module to change specific customer pricing based on product quantities added to their cart and display this on frontend.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since there are no measurable outcomes as this was just a modification to an existing extension, the project was a success as it met our requirements to the fullest.

Hexagon Infosoft Solutions have been great. Project was delivered on time and communication has been awesome.

They discussed our requirements at the beginning of the project and gave us a timeline of the work, throughout the project they kept us updated on the status of the work and when delivered asked for feedback to make sure it was exactly what we needed.

I found my experience with HIS to be fantastic and i can't suggest any areas of improvement.

We hired them to provide website design and development services.

What were your goals for this project?

We were looking to create a robust and intuitive website from an existing and dated version. At the time, our site was very basic and did not have much to offer in terms of user-friendly design.

How did you select this vendor?

They provided us a few work samples, and we felt that they would be a great partner.

They sent us information before they began development and offered training and direction throughout the build phase. They designed and implemented several features for the site, including a contact form.

What was the team composition?

We were assigned a project manager who served as our main point of contact. Although I only spoke with one person, I was made aware that there were two frontend developers and two backend developers working on our site. Their project manager was always informed and easy to reach.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw our website come to life within the first two months. Overall traffic increased by 50%, and the new contact form is much easier to use. The website is intuitive, and the writing on our site is clear. We’ve definitely seen ROI from this partnership.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used Skype, WhatsApp, email, and phones to communicate. The entire feedback process was amazing, and their team responded quickly to our requests. They also executed tasks well in advance of deadlines. Although the project manager was great, I was pleased that I could reach out to the developers when necessary.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed with how quickly they delivered each section of the site. They also brought forth great ideas and adapted to my hectic schedule. We didn’t experience any lapses in communication, despite being located in different time zones.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can’t think of any. I’m very happy with the results and the ongoing support. They delivered an excellent product, and I’m glad that I didn’t sacrifice quality for lower prices or shorter turnaround times.
