I’m Jami — a mom, fiancée, and your calm ally in team advocacy + admin mentorship. I’ve spent over a decade supporting every corner of a business: owners, office teams, managers, field crews, and the unsung heroes keeping everything standing. I’m the person who listens when something feels off, spots the gaps others overlook, and brings everyone back to the same page — with clarity, fairness, and heart.
